Jodi's legal counsel did her a big DISSERVICE in not preparing her for having to answer the "possibility" questions...."Isn't it possible that...." "Wasn't it possible that you....?" Etc. So she just agrees that it's all possible. No, no, no, don't do that.

She needs to just say, "Anything's possible of course, but not necessarily true." That would put a quick end to all of Juan's possibility questions.

They're now talking about that "possible" question now on HLN. I don't want to speak against Juan, but those "possible" questions are really not fair, and they don't get to the truth of the matter of anything. You can't say to the jury that Jodi is guilty because she admitted that something was possible.
