Still my favorite lines from the trial.
I will demonstrate why I need a red flag.

Martinez: And you do acknowledge that, if you're in a "fog",
you're in a "fog" about everything, not just certain specific things, right?
Arias: I don't know. redflag
Martinez: WELL! It's YOUR fog!
long silence
ARIAS: Is that a question? redflag

See what I mean? :51

Rumpole
Yes... but we HAVE a red flag now... and you didn't use it???

Also:

6:13 p.m. ET: Juror question: How do you determine when you will tell truth?

Arias said she tried to cover up things about her involvement with Alexander, and anything that made him look bad after his death

6:11 p.m. ET: Juror question: How is it that you remember so many of your sexual encounters, including your ex-boyfriends, but you do not remember stabbing Travis and dragging his body?

"Well, as far as what happened on June 4, I don’t know how the mind works necessarily, but I know that that was the most traumatic experience of my life. And outside of those blanks, and the ones that I’ve mentioned as far as that were alcohol related when I was a teenager, I don’t have other blackouts that I can recall, when memories get foggy when I get stressful. I think that I actually have a very good memory. I can remember tons of things. But when I’m under a stressful situation, it’s as if my mind, if you can imagine a computer that freezes, it’s turned on but it’s not functioning. You can hit the keys, but nothing’s happening, just like the sound waves are hitting my ears, but the brain is not computing…so I don’t black out during those times, but my mind is not processing the English words that are being sent to me, or screamed at me, or whichever," said Arias.

remote - - Wanted Travis to look good?

OH, I see. Then for sure - - mention the "incident" with the photo of the little boy (the figment of your imagination Jodi) like 80 times then!!

Oh I hope they see thru her!! Some jurors seem pretty smart. Hopefully, THEY will get thru to the others.

The jurors continue writing questions and dropping them in their wire basket ...
Good ... I think.

Was there a search of Travis's computer.

Was there any porn on there? Child porn... would have been if JA was telling truth about viewing pics?

No, no child porn was found in his pc, phone, house...anywhere.

I worked with someone who was "attracted" to children. :10 (He was caught in an online FBI sting. Hopefully before any children were harmed.) He had evidence of it everywhere in his house.

Oh Mal ... Jodi probably deleted it all to protect the good name of Travis. :NN20 :95
She worked SO HARD to do that, we ALL know.
Her #1, goal - to protect Travis and his good name!!! Above everything else!!!

What a horrible curse (your co-worker) liking/wanting children. Maybe he was molested as a child? How awful.

Remote --She tried to cover up anything that would Travis look bad, after his death?
(She sure is ruthless and relentless about her pedophile "tale" isn't she? Won't LET UP!!!)

I DO think Jodi thinks everyone is buying her lies, as maybe the males did that she was sleeping with.
Just like Casey.

Everybody....you all just need to relax (what my eldest teen-aged son always said to me).

There are NO JURORS stupid enough to not know what's going on!

P.S. Goodnight ALL. I'll be up at 7. Hoping some of you can make it by at least NOON! :12

I wish this court could get it together. Here we are at almost 11am and nothing yet.... They don't even spend 4 hours a day at work in this trial and take off all of Friday. I guess it's a wonder if trials ever finish in Arizona? Oh I forgot, they take up to 2 hours for lunch. The streaming just came on and lasted about 5 minutes...they're having more problems with the audio/visual again today.

Jodi just said she doesn't believe it's ever right to take a life even in self-defence. This means:

1 - She's the only person in the world that believes this way

2 - She has higher morals than the rest of the world

3 - She doesn't think the jury could be justified in rendering her the Death Penalty

JURY: Did you rack the slide or cock the gun or take off the safety?

JODI: No, I wouldn't have known how. I just pointed it.

JURY: Have you had formal firearms training or do you know how to use a gun?

JODI: I haven't had any formal training but I have general knowledge about them.

That is my paraphrasing....the point is that Jodi said she wouldn't know how to rack a slide or cock a gun and seconds later said she had general knowledge of guns, the very basics of which would be how to use the safety and cock it or rack the slide of the gun.

Now she's saying she DID PUT THE ROPE IN THE CAR!!!

RT site was DOWN when I got here..... I apologise to people who were unable to log on. :97

It was a problem at the server... nothing I did... but my job to abuse them and get them to fix it.

I did that..... everything working now.

Trial is on..... I have a bit of catching up to do generally....

Still asking Jury questions.. just sent Jury out though

1:27 p.m. ET: The judge has ordered the jury out of the courtroom for a five minute break. Arias is now discussing matters with her attorneys.

1:16 p.m. ET: The attorneys are still reviewing the new questions from the jury. It is unclear how long this could take.

1:14 p.m. ET: Judge Stephens has asked the attorneys to approach her bench so they can review new questions from the jury.

Going back over earlier Live Blog entries.....

1:12 p.m. ET: Juror question: Did Alexander own a straight razor?

Arias said she is not sure, and she thinks he used a BIC razor.

1:09 p.m. ET: Juror question: Did you enjoy having sex with Alexander?

"Yes, very much," said Arias.

1:08 p.m. ET: Juror question: "After you snatched the gun off the shelf, did you do anything to the gun, such as cock it, flip off the safety, manipulate a slide or anything prior to it going off?"

"I don’t even think I would know how to do that, so the answer is I don’t know, probably not. I just grabbed it and pointed it is what I remember," said Arias.

1:06 p.m. ET: Juror question: How did Alexander's anger escalate after you shot me?

Arias said he was grabbing at her and her clothes, and he threatened her life.

Juror question: Did he chase you after you shot him?

Arias said she can't say, because she doesn't remember.

1:05 p.m. ET: Juror question: "If you were scared of what Travis was capable of doing, why would you ever let him tie you up?"

"When that occurred, he was in a very good mood and he wasn’t displaying any signs of agitation, and that was the Travis that I liked and was not afraid of. When he did begin to get angry, my warning bells started to go off and I would begin to get cautious, for lack of a better term, but he hadn’t displayed any of that. We just woke up, we were getting along…and again, they were loose enough to wiggle out of so I wasn’t stuck there at his mercy, so to speak," said Arias.

1:04 p.m. ET: Juror question: Have you had firearm training?

Arias said, No she has never fired a gun before June 4, 2008.

Juror question: If Alexander lunged at you why didn't you just move out of the way?

Arias said, she did have time to think.

1:01 p.m. ET: Juror question: "During these altercations, why didn’t you just scream in hopes that someone would hear you and help you?"

"I did scream. I wasn’t thinking of someone helping me. For example, I screamed when he threw me on the floor and started kicking me. I wasn’t able to scream when he had his hands around my wind pipes. And I’m sure I was screaming on June 4," said Arias.

12:59 p.m. ET: Juror question: Is there anyone else who knows about your memory issues?

"I don’t think I have memory issues," said Arias.

12:58 p.m. ET: Juror question: What are some other reasons you introduce KY personal lubricant into the relationship besides pain?

Arias said they used it, because it also facilitated their activities.

12:56 p.m. ET: Juror question: Do you always have foggy memory if someone challenges you?

Arias said it has gotten better, but she has had the problem since the Fall of 2007.

12:51 p.m. ET: Juror question: Did Alexander's roommates ever hear your fights with him?

Arias said she was not sure if they heard them fighting.

12:49 p.m. ET: Juror question: How do you remember so much from the days you had memory lapses?

Arias said the memory lapses only occurred when he got angry.

12:48 p.m. ET:

Juror Question: Several times while testifying about the abuse by Travis, you have made comments like, ‘As I understand it now’ and ‘I’ve come to realize.’ How has this realization come about?

"Because about five years have passed, the further away I get from the situation, the more perspective I have. Whereas before I constantly made excuses for myself. Now I understand that the things that occurred were not OK. And forgiving him is different than continually putting up with it," said Arias.

12:46 p.m. ET: The judge is on the bench, and Arias is on the witness stand.

12:33 p.m. ET: Testimony should begin in a few moments.

AzCentral is driving me crazy. They can't keep the connection or deal with the audio/visual problems. Just as things get good, it goes offline. :45
