So, I think we could be looking at a non custodial now. He could be released on bail pending a final sentance or a severe penalty fine.

Since way back in March, I have thought, she got out of bed to go to the loo unknown to him while he was on the balcony to bring in the fan, he didn't notice she was not in bed because it was dark and she was in bed when he walked to the balcony.

I am wondering, whatever sentence or fine is passed down, will he be allowed by law to own a gun again. If he is, I think in a similar set of circumstances he would think twice about using a gun.
Nel does not want him released on bail.

He could have passed that info to the judge by hand.
