Brue testified that no calls were made from McBride's phone from outside the area of her home until approximately 12:35 a.m. on Nov. 2.

Brue identifying five calls utilizing a cell site near McBride's home from 9:42 p.m. through 10:03 p.m.

That would have been on Nov. 1.

At 12:35 a.m McBride received an incoming call, Brue testified. It hit on a cell site near the Southfield Freeway.

At about 12:56 a.m., McBride was in an accident on Bramell near Warren, Brue testified. He said that at 12:59 a.m.,, McBride received a call. The call had a six-second duration, Brue testified.

At 8:46 a.m. on Nov. 2, McBride's phone receives an incoming call.

At 8:46 a.m., McBride's phone received an incoming call. It interacted with a cell site in the area of the tow yard DPD uses.

Cheryl Carpenter cross examining Brue.

Carpenter asked Brue whether he ever called any of the phone numbers on the logs. He said no.

Brue testified that there is a lot of information after the crash.

Brue said the crash was at 12:56 p.m. There is a six-second incoming call at 12:59 p.m., he said. Brue testified that there is no way to determine whether a conversation took place.

Carpenter said someone could have called the number to check.
"I suppose that could have been done," Brue testified.

Brue testified that he drew a conclusion that no conversation took place.

At 3:13 a.m. there was an incoming call to McBride's phone, Brue testified. He said the call was nearly two minutes.

Brue testified that based on the raw records, that call was forwarded to voicemail.

JP, the 911 call after the shooting was at about 4:40 a.m.

Brue testified he did not listen to the voicemail left at 3:13 a.m.

The number that called McBride at 12:35 a.m. and then again at 12:59 a.m., Brue testified. He said the calls went to voicemail.

McBride's father called and texted his daughter, Brue testified.

Brue testified that McBride was not returning her father's texts.
