He is asked how much of his body would be seen in the window.
Without his prosthetics he says that only his head would stick out "at most my shoulders".
Stipp's evidence was that he saw a person move from right to left. If he didn't have his legs on he wouldn't be able to see a person.
Roux: "That could only mean one thing." That he was in the bathroom shortly before 3.17.
Pistorius said he was in the bathroom to kick the door and then ran to get the cricket back.
"What they must have seen is me running from right to left to kick the door."
That was when the Stipps called 10111 (security).

Shortly before the 3.17am noises [the noises relied upon by the state as the gun shots], Mrs Nhlengethwa (Mike's wife) said she saw someone walking across the bathroom.
She heard the three thud sounds.
Court was interrupted briefly by a mobile phone ringing.

His next door neighbours heard a bang then there were bangs at 3.16.
Roux says she said that she heard loud crying, but not screaming.
A domestic worker also said she did not hear a woman screaming, only crying.

Could be important: Roux says the closest neighbours to Pistorius did *not* hear a woman screaming, only the sounds of crying.

Another neighbour called Mike says that he heard a man crying but not screaming. Again he met them around the time that he moved into the housing estate.
While builders were finishing off the house Mike came round and spoke briefly about the work being carried out. They also chatted about cars.
They became good neighbours but didn't know each other socially.

Moving back to the timings of events, Roux takes him to 4.20am dealing with state witnesses who were not called by the state.
Pistorius points out his house on a picture of the housing estate and his next door neighbour at 285.
Speaking about his relationship with his neighbour he said they moved into the estate in 2008 while the estate was still being developed.
Pistorius gave him some trees as a welcoming gift. He would drive by his children and greet him sometimes. He would chat after an absence of a long time.
