IMO this is NUTS.

I agree with not showing photos of autopsy, but crime scene (with body removed) is stuff we need to know,

You can't make an omelette without breaking eggs.

You can not TELEVISE a murder trial, but hide the facts of a dead body and a bloody crime scene?? without ME evidence, crime scene evidence etc.

Presumably journalists can write what they are hearing down, then email it to a blog or for contemporaneous news reports.
