Glad to see they are having trial tomorrow... they seem to want to get on with things... makes a change from other cases.

Stornes, who was driving the Durango the night of the shooting, resetting some of events of that day

Stornes says inside the Gate store he didn't notice anything unusual. Used restroom, bought gun and cigarettes

Stornes: nothing unusual until he got back in to the car and Thompson said "Let's go"

Stornes didn't hear or see anyone threaten the driver of other car, doesn't know of any weapons in his car

All teens describe #JordanDavis as "gasping for air" when they pulled in to the adjacent lot

Stornes: I got out of the Durango to see if this was real, saw bullet holes

Stornes was on probation for third degree felony on night of shooting, was violating his 7PM curfew

Stornes watched portion of trial online yesterday. That was probably what delay was about. Witnesses not supposed to do that

Strolla is noticeably frustrated that Stornes watched some of the trial online. Stornes says he didn't know he couldn't follow it

Stornes says he didn't intentionally violate his probation, said he was going to drop the other 3 at mall and go home

@GZWarrior S Strolla is arguing right now that he may have received priviledge as a witness, but Stornes says that's not the case.

Strolla now accusing Stornes of trying to make money off of #JordanDavis by publishing a song online w/ his name as the title

Stornes: #MichaelDunn pointed the gun at my car

Stornes says he remembers telling ppl at the gas station they need help, doesn't remember where his own phone was

Stornes: my first instinct is to go to the brightest place, somewhere ppl can help, no person immediately visible in adjacent parking lot

Stornes: I wasn't talking softly, I was in a panic, I ran around the car to get back inside

Guy back up- I expect him to reinterate earlier questioning that SAO did not give Stornes break on probation violation

Stornes says he did not take any weapon out of the car, didn't call his family to remove a weapon from the parking lot

Guy to Stornes: you said you went back to the Gate bc was well lit, would have help- was it lit? Did help come? Stornes says yes

Guy: did you write a song about #JordanDavis for profit? Stornes: "I wrote the song as a memorial for Jordan"

Leblanc says she heard gun shots at the Gate while walking to her car

When she heard the shots, Leblanc says she stopped briefly and then ran to her car, still heard shots when in her car

Leblanc says she saw a red SUV "speeding" in her direction from the gas station

Leblanc says she wasn't sure if ppl in SUV were shooters or victims. Saw two get out of the vehicle.

Leblanc thinks the two people were out of the SUV for about one minute before getting inside and going back to gas station

Leblanc says she left the plaza because they were scared, but her brother called 911 as they were driving

Strolla questioning Leblanc: I can imagine it was a terrifying evening. She says she's never been involved in anything like that

Leblanc says she didn't actually speak w/ police until Dec 4, an officer had left a card in her door

Leblanc admits she only had a partial view of the two teens who got out of the car

Guy on redirect asks Leblanc if she saw the driver hold anything when he came back in to her view, she says no

C.Leblanc was putting his son in a carseat while this happened, says he was "preoccupied" when the SUV backed off
