I learned this trick from "experts"

I used to follow NZ politics... listen to, or watch live Parliament.. especially "Question time"... (something I would recommend for USA.. especially if it involved Obama). It is British system... the PM and cabinet Ministers have to answer questions every day for a session (2 hours??)... The trick I learned from that is that they get away with "addressing the question"... ie mentioning some small part of it... then just ramble on about any old thing!

It would work for posting on Topic too.

I only mention this so that we can return to topic here. I am not convinced that TMZ always get the facts straight and so I will require some confirmation (from George) before I believe he is going to fight DMX

The Tray roaches are frantically scurrying around trying to stop the fight from happening.... Im predicting another traybot failure!

I think there are both groups on the Traybot Worrier side... some do want a fight and for George to get injured, or preferably killed.

A GUESS on my part, but I think DMX or similar, may have more Traybot Worriers wanting the fight to go ahead. An injured Zimmerman and an "animal" pissing on his face would appeal I am sure.

In a new court filing, George Zimmerman says he plans contest his wife's divorce petition and the reason he hasn't until now is that he got notice while in jail and jailers immediately took away the paperwork.

Zimmerman, 30, is asking Circuit Judge Michael Rudisill to set aside a default entered against him in the divorce case his estranged wife, Shellie, filed against him Sept. 5.

In a two-page pleading filed yesterday, Zimmerman asks the judge to excuse him for failing to respond and says he wants to take part in the case.

He says he found out about the default only through media accounts and word of mouth.

Kelly Sims, the attorney for his wife, contends Zimmerman successfully dodged process servers for months. They found him at the Seminole County Jail shortly after he was arrested for domestic violence in November, a case that prosecutors have since dropped.

In the new pleading Zimmerman says he did not respond to the divorce action because when he received notice at the jail, jailers almost immediately took away the paperwork, along with his other belongings, and he did not see it again.

The pleading is not a formal response to his wife's divorce petition. That should come later.

Zimmerman is represented by Erin Duncan, an Orlando attorney for Ayo & Iken, a Tampa law firm that specializes in divorce.

Hold off on placing your wagers ... money has become a big snag in George Zimmerman's boxing match against DMX -- the rapper's rep tells TMZ, contract negotiations are STILL ongoing ... so the fight isn't official ... yet.

The rep Domenick Nati tells us, DMX verbally agreed to "beat Zimmerman's ass" ... IF and when he sees the terms of a contract ... which hasn't happened yet. Once an agreement has been finalized, we're told DMX will officially be down for the bout.

As we reported last night, the boxing promoter behind the fight released a statement, announcing DMX would face George Zimmerman in a 3-round match.

Zimmerman plans to donate any money he makes to charity ... but our guess ... DMX won't be so generous.
