Corey: nobody is trying to make race an issue in this case, but we need to know your feelings

I think Corey is fibbing... she is happy to have "race" as a factor... and she should warn the jury that if they acquit.... the Mob may demand a DOJ race trial

Strolla using a slightly different approach- all jurors agreed Dunn has right to fair trial, and he's now picking on some to answer further

Strolla begins focusing his gun-related questions on the right to use a gun in self-defense

J58: "I just don't like guns, period"

Overall, roughly a dozen potential jurors have said they don't own guns, some of those feel strongly against guns

Strolla now on to social media, specifically if anyone follows accounts relating to gun control

Strolla trying to demonstrate burden of proof, asks potential jurors what verdict would be if they had to issue one right now w/o evidence

Potential jurors reply to question "not guilty" bc no evidence. This line of questioning also visibly frustrating Corey

@zarkinfrood he's using it as a way of showing the state's burden to prove. No objection raised, so apparently allowed.

Strolla now questioning on interactions with police: anyone get nervous when you see an officer behind you?

Strolla: I save this for last bc I think it's most important for my client- "stick to your guns theory" you may see something different than other jurors, will you stick with what you believe and not fall to peer pressure

Strolla is singling out a few potential jurors on each row to ask if they would "budge"

Based on pool reports and BY VIEW (not questioning), racial breakdown appears 10 white, 3 African American, 1 Asian, 1 Indian, 1 Hispanic
