and was zapped. This is some case.

Then enter the large groups who are really upset. I believe that goes way way back...

We thought O.J. was big.
Then we thought CMA was big.
Now this one? Oh they pale... compared to this one.

This is a piddling case..... I tried to stay away from it... but they pulled me back in!!!

As I keep repeating.. a tragedy for sure with a teenager dead... but sadly, physical altercations ending tragically are all too common.

There is NOT the drama of the KC or OJ case.

This case is a storm in a tea cup.

Someone said that the 4 eyewitnesses have changed their statements now, because of threats of violence.

Before, who was their testimony "helping"? Zimmerman?


What have they changed it to be? Is their testimony now - helping Trayvon?

Trayvon Martin shooting wasn't a case of racial profiling

(CNN) -- Ever since the Trayvon Martin case came to national attention, George Zimmerman has been described by some as having racially profiled the 17-year-old before he was shot and killed.

Without establishing that the killing was racially motivated, any claim that Zimmerman committed second-degree murder in shooting Martin will not survive. Interestingly, the state in its charging affidavit simply claimed Zimmerman "profiled" Martin, not that he racially profiled him.

This allows the state to keep such a claim open-ended, likely knowing early on that it couldn't sustain the burden of proving racial profiling. More and more, this case looks like it will be thrown out in criminal court and eventually be headed to civil court.

Well I think this is clearly a case of "Alien abduction" gone horribly wrong!
(Everyone is entitled to an opinion doncha know!!)

Dear, sweet, innocent child, Trayvon was skipping home... splashing playfully in rain puddles.

Not a care in world... on his way home from the shops having spent some of his pocket money.

Aside: Trayvon worked hard at his home "chores" to earn his weekly $5.00 pocket money, but his only thought was to buy a watermelon drink and some sweeties for his little "brother". He planed to donate the rest of his pocket money to his favourite charity, as he always did.

Along comes overweight George (Gorgon) Zimmerman. He looks pretty weird and anybody can see he clearly matches the profile of a VENUSIAN!!!. An evil alien race well known for snatching cute little boys off the street... but strangely enough not known for simply blowing them away?


I think George reached for his transporter zapper.... but got confused and grabbed his gun by mistake? It's obvious if you look at the evidence and what all the witnesses heard and all. George was on prescription psychotropic drugs at the time and Venusians go nuts on those. I'm sure. Besides.... Venusians who join NW are mostly bad bastards.

All Venusians are liars... THAT is proven by the fact nobody knows about them and all the abducting they do. So George would have bashed himself on the head before the cops got there. Lucky they didn't search him and find his Transporter Zapper!!

It all fits. It makes me mad when people can't see how innocent Trayvon was and what an evil Venusian George is.

The only thing I don't understand is....
Clearly George set out to hunt down and abduct Trayvon. (kill him as it turns out) So WHY did he call the cops? He stayed on phone with them and KNEW they were minutes (perhaps seconds) away. Why would he risk doing ANYTHING to Trayvon?
Venusians sure are dumb!

Tragedies like this could be avoided if Venusians just stayed in their spaceships!!

George Zimmerman's legal team adds murder specialist Don West

George Zimmerman, the defendant in one of the most-watched murder cases in the country, on Thursday added a new lawyer to his defense team: veteran Orlando attorney Donald R. West, who specializes in murders.

Attorney Mark O'Mara, lead defense counsel in the case, plans to make a formal announcement today.

West has handled some of the most high-profile criminal cases in the Orlando area in the past 20 years.

George Zimmerman's bond revoked in shooting of Trayvon Martin

SANFORD – Circuit Judge Kenneth Lester has revoked George Zimmerman's bond in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin.
Zimmerman now has 48 hours to turn himself in to authorities.
The decision came after the revelation that Zimmerman and his wife may have conspired to lie about thousands of dollars in donations they'd collected before his bond hearing.

Argument on the bond issue came after Lester heard argument about whether he should seal key evidence in the case from the public, including the names of witnesses and the statements Zimmerman made to law enforcement.
Lester indicated that he shared the concerns of the state and defense, but the public records laws in Florida are likely to tie his hands. He indicated that much of what the media requested will be released, but not for at least 30 days.

Special Prosecutor Angela Corey contends that all she wants is a fair trial. To get it, though, she insists she needs to keep secret several key pieces of evidence.

Not good. Once you are caught lying people think - and should think - you are a liar.

I don't think they often reverse the lowers courts, IF a defendant is a liar they said.

Those who are claiming that in Florida it's curtains for GZ because he is caught in a lie obviously are unaware of the Casey Anthony case.

I am guessing the Lawyer Mark O'Mara is as pissed off with Zimmerman as anybody. He needs to keep control of this or else it will end up as a Baezesque Circus.

GM needs to start appreciating how serious things are and behave...... at the very least STFU (Stop emailing and discussing the case on the phone)

They, the media and LE are definitely out to get Zimmerman. I have to wonder if he has a chance for fair trial.

Heard media is there waiting for him to turn himself in. I guess digging and photos is what they get paid for. I do like to know the truth.
Now everybody will know where he is.

I also heard he said "I lost my Passport - need another one." This would have been in March or April? Lie! So he got another one. Why does he need one now?

He had such an advantage. Some were just totally buying his entire story! That included Trayvon circling back around his truck, etc. I never did. I don't trust what defendant's say. Their family too, for that matter. Just out to save their neck. Lie, lie, lie.

George and his wife were dumb. And Omara was a bit slack too... everybody knew about the Paypal thing...

But... the motion to revoke Bond.. sprung on the Court at a hearing called for another matter.. smacks of "I gottcha"...Perry Mason type game.

As far as being caught in a lie meaning its "Curtains" for GZ... I repeat.. the ANT case was full of liars.. blatant lies from witnesses and Lawyers, and perjury abounded... NOBODY was penalised for that and KC walked free.

I think Zimmerman's lawyer should have known what was in that account. Maybe he didn't want to know, so he could say "I don't know." Didn't lie -- they do that. They are clever.

Yes one never knows the outcome of anything ... especially in FL. I do think Z. hurt his credibility here though. DUMB! Many bought into his version - 1000%. Not sure about now. I never did. Defendant's lie to save their necks, I think. Their family does too - ala Casey.
