guywitharod - MOM said GZ had his hand on his gun 'to make sure it was holstered', paraphrased. His girlfriend said there were guns in the car.

Rumpole, I agree she should avoid the media. I suspect she's seeing/hearing how much of the public has reacted and is trying to defend herself. Doesn't make it right, of course. But I can understand how someone may hope that having their lawyer tell their side may slow down some of the hate, some of the hate coming even from people that used to support her.

They are both at fault in a domestic dispute. That does not mean there was domestic violence. In a domestic dispute with no violence, police don't have to make an arrest. Especially if the two participants don't live together.
