Agreed, auscitizenmom; and no wonder TM™ felt "entitled" to assault GZ.

More on ABC's (hopefully evidence in future civil suit) B29 edits:

Did Zimmerman juror really apologize for verdict or was interview deceptively edited?

The fallout of the George Zimmerman trial continues, as one of the trial jurors made some startling admissions during an ABC interview:

The only minority on the all-female jury that voted to acquit George Zimmerman said today that Zimmerman “got away with murder” for killing Trayvon Martin and feels she owes an apology Martin’s parents.

“You can’t put the man in jail even though in our hearts we felt he was guilty,” said the woman who was identified only as Juror B29 during the trial. “But we had to grab our hearts and put it aside and look at the evidence.”

She said the jury was following Florida law and the evidence, she said, did not prove murder.

Yet, a case can be made that the intent of her statements came across very differently after the editing:

Yesterday Breitbart News noted the ABC interview with Juror B29. The big news was that Maddy–her last name was never used to protect her privacy–had told Robin Roberts “George Zimmerman got away with murder.” And indeed if you watch the Nightline edit of the interview she does seem to say that without hesitation or reservation.

However, William Saletan at Slate points out that the unedited interview seems to show something different. Maddy actually hesitates twice when answering Roberts’ question which contains the statement “George Zimmerman got away with murder.” As Saletan points out “she looks as though she’s trying to reconcile the sentiment that’s been quoted to her—that Zimmerman ‘got away with murder’—with her own perspective. So she repeats the quote and adds words of her own, to convey what she thinks: that there’s a justice higher than the law, which Zimmerman will have to face.”

Hopefully ABC will be another company to compensate GZ for making edits to defame him.

I had the original recorded on my DVD (or DVR, whatever) and I had watched it two or three times. Maddy did hesitate before she repeated what Robin had said, that George got away with murder. Unfortunately, I deleted it and don't have any way to capture it on the computer anyway. It is frustrating, though, to know it happened that way. :40

After a brief discussion (among others, not including comment by RZjr) of starting a collection to fund civil actions, RZjr tweeted:

Hi, LondoJowo! Agreed - I hope they're all held accountable. Letting them get away with it for so long has only caused more of the same.

Feeling the Heat

I had a tough time sleeping last night. The Trayvon Martin case is worrying me. I’ll tell you a few reasons:

First of all, the media have made this case into the lynching of Zimmerman supposedly because he murdered an innocent sweet little black child. But according to what I read, Zimmerman — while a fool — was attacked by Mr. Martin, who was far from unarmed. He was armed with his skills as a martial artist and his strength and size. He wasn’t the sweet altar boy shown on the cover of magazines and on TV. He was a big, strong kid with a history of drug use and a bit of bragging online about his fighting skills. He didn’t start a conversation with Zimmerman when Zimmerman got out of his truck. He attacked Zimmerman, who possibly would have been killed if he had not defended himself.

This is the story the jury heard. This is the story that made the jury unanimously acquit Zimmerman. The media have been telling a fairy tale designed to whip up race hatred.

Zimmerman’s brother warns: Civil suit ‘might not be very flattering’ for Trayvon Martin’s family
By Arturo Garcia
Friday, July 26, 2013 20:46 EDT

Robert Zimmerman, whose younger brother George was acquitted for his role in the death of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin, told The Huffington Post on Friday that a civil suit might lead to unpleasant facts coming to light about the Florida teenager’s family.

“A myriad of things that were off-limits in a criminal trial would come into play in a civil case,” Robert Zimmerman said in an email to the Post. “Specifically, things that might not be very flattering to Trayvon or his family.”

The traybots, STILL are trapped by the false narrative that was cynically fed to them by the Scheme Team.

They really STILL think that Trayvon was a small (12 year old) child. They wilfully do not incorporate any facts about TM.... he was a school truant, suspended 3 times for disruptive (criminal) behaviour problems.... expelled from school, thrown out by his (part time) mother Sabrina... he was into drugs, guns and street fighting. He was a 6 ft tall, angry, racist thug.

Oh, I hope it gets brought - by GZ and/or massive media exposure. People like her would not have the grace or intelligence to even recognize, much less admit, they'd been misled, scammed, played for the fools they are.

Her interest in this is not much different than the BGI - the power it gives her over her minions. Actually pretty pathetic, isn't it? I mean to be so desperate for attention and influence. How embarrassing.

For such a "legal expert" she sure is ignorant about her own liability - or maybe she just feels judgment proof; too pathetic to sue.
