Newsball alleges phone records obtained from "a source" proving that the cop "called or texted" George to alert him of the crash.


If they actually had phone records, wouldn't the phone records distinguish between calls and texts?

How would they know, from phone records, who the cop called or texted? Phone records just list numbers, not names.

How would they get phone records in the absence of a subpoena or cooperation from the cop?

If they actually had phone records, why is there no screen shot? They posted screenshots of the cop's facebook.
