Martin was asked if one of the real reason Trayvon Martin was suspended from his school in Miami was due to “an altercation” he alleged to have had with one of his school teachers. Mr. Martin answered that “he could not confirm that” and he had “no knowledge” of the purported incident. Martin added that “we all knew he was suspended from school” and that it was his decision to take him up to Orlando. I'm pretty sure I've posted a similar plea in the past, but not sure if the invitation was actually extended. cboldt seems like our kind of people - self-described as apolitical, smart, funny, patient, quick-witted, etc. I'm not sure what type of law cboldt practices irl but cboldt seems to have a very good handle on criminal law. Like MJW and Chip, cboldt has a great legal mind. Of course, I don't mean to imply that MJW or Chip practice law (at least outside of the internet ) but I think we all recognize they both have a talent for it.

Why doesn't somebody - anybody! - ask Tracy Martin about the naked photos of UNDERAGE GIRLS on his son's phone!

That could be the smoking gun, the Childe Tracy myth breaker.
Questions should be asked about that, but nobody seem to have the guts to pursue it.

I didn't think he denied it. He just said he couldn't confirm it. Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha.

Given that you have Lawyers and Congressmen and Senators etc repeatedly stating things like "Zimmerman was told to stay in his truck" Which is clearly NOT true... then IMO it is only fair to say "Trayvon punched a teacher"... which is at least possibly true... in fact highly likely to be true.
