POLITAN: Rachel Jeantel, the key witness for the prosecution from the George Zimmerman case is, with us. Rachel, let me ask you about something that came up in your interview with Piers Morgan over on CNN, and people are talking about that interview, saying that you came out on that program and said Trayvon Martin attacked George Zimmerman, because he was -- thought he was a rapist, and it was Trayvon Martin who attacked George Zimmerman. Is that what you said on Piers Morgan?

JEANTEL: No. That sound ridiculous. That`s really ridiculous. I did not say that. I don`t recall me saying that.

POLITAN: There was a lot of discussion of this whooping comment that we`re using. Explain that and put some context into it so we all understand what you`re saying.

JEANTEL: OK. For whooping, I can`t explain whooping at all. But by harming somebody, putting somebody in a coma, that`s ridiculous. That`s dramatic. And it looked -- how George Zimmerman had looked, it looked like he was trying to defend himself when George Zimmerman has said oh, he`s soft, they`re trying to prove Zimmerman is soft, weak, that sounded really ridiculous. So a person could defend theirself back. And after they say what goes around comes back around. George Zimmerman started it, and he could end it. He did end it with -- using a weapon. So.

POLITAN: Rachel, what is this -- you`ve been described, and I got the feeling, too, watching you that you were what we call a reluctant witness, someone who doesn`t want to testify, doesn`t want to be involved, doesn`t want any part of this. And it`s understandable. I mean, most people don`t want to be put in the middle of a murder trial. Once you found out that Trayvon, your friend, had been shot and killed, did you have any idea that you would be the most important, the key, the most crucial witness for the prosecution who was trying to put the man who shot and killed Trayvon away in prison for life?

JEANTEL: In the beginning, in the beginning, no. Like I have said, I thought people out there, (inaudible), I thought the father was there. And when everything came out, she was the last one, I was the last one. Nobody heard nothing. Nobody saw nothing. So I became the voice of Trayvon. And that was really scary to me. Wow, I couldn`t believe. Wow. Only thing I could say is just wow.

POLITAN: Who was the first person to contact you? Because we watched the story unfold, and you were an unknown person. Who was the first one who figured out the information you had, and what was that first conversation like?

JEANTEL: The first person was Trayvon`s father, Tracy Martin. From my sense, that sound really ridiculous how -- how station officers who had Trayvon`s phone could have called me or look at the last number, like a real officer do, do more detective work to figure out who was the last person, really what happened. Take two sides. But you let a parent do that, a parent who just found out their child just got shot, two days later, I think.

And that day when Trayvon`s father called me, saying, questioned what I heard that night, finding out I was the last one who talked to his son, what happened that night. And I only tell him it was just -- a man was just following him. That`s it. And he just sound so sad, so broken, and he said, OK and I said OK, and we both end the phone call.

POLITAN: Was that the first time you realized that the conversation you had about this man who was following him was the man who killed Trayvon?

JEANTEL: Can you repeat your question again?

POLITAN: Was that the first time you realized that the man who was following Trayvon was the man who killed him?

JEANTEL: Yes. Yes.

POLITAN: So -- and this is -- I`m trying to get the nature of what exactly is happening at this point because I don`t think we got the clearest picture from the way you were questioned in court.

So he`s trying to get back home. Does -- and you`ve talked about the rapist and he`s worried to a certain extent. He wants to take the shortcut. Does the conversation only focus now on the man who`s following him, or does the conversation go to another place, where you guys talk about things that you would just talk about normally?

JEANTEL: No. The man who`s following Trayvon, that was our talk because the man was acting suspicious, looked like he was going to confront Trayvon or something.

POLITAN: OK. I think I have a better idea because I was a little bit unclear about the nature of your conversation. So you`re saying once you start talking about the rapist and everything else, he`s in a mode where he`s trying to get home, shortcut, and that becomes the focus of the rest of your conversation there.

JEANTEL: Yes. And remember, that day was the all-star game. He was telling go to my room and see if it had started, for him. So I did, back and forth between bathroom (ph) and my room, so -- yes.

POLITAN: So he`s not so concerned that he`s not thinking he`s getting home. So it doesn`t sound -- if he`s talking about the all-star game, he`s not preparing to attack someone.

JEANTEL: No.

POLITAN: OK. That makes sense. That makes sense to me. Is there anything from that story that you wanted to tell the jury but were unable to, or you weren`t asked about, about that phone call and those last moments that you`re speaking with Trayvon Martin?

Doesn't sound like he's really too scared or afraid of the creepy ass cracker either. The more you dissect her interviews, the more you see the BS. I'm also convinced now she wasn't on the phone with him at the time of the incident, "she" was. I'm convinced Tracy contacted her or "she" 2 days later. My guess, the real "she" was at the wake (didn't brother or cousin say they met her there), and that's when Tracy found out about the call. Then the construction of the narrative began using what was heard on TV, leaked from SPD and finally, the NEN and 911 calls. All in preparation for the big news conference.

What if the "she" was Brandy? What if Brandy saw TM™ on the porch?

liesel...no, I don't think it was Brandy. I think it was the other DD who was on the phone with him, who wrote the letter RJ signed, who went to Jacksonville with RJ to tie up the lose ends. Maybe it's me but it all makes sense.

Does RJ seem like a reluctant witness, someone who didn't want to get involved? Not to me, she's loving finally getting all this attention.

Is the DOJ going to do a "Miracle of the Loaves and Fishes" and suddenly there will be more evidence than was first there, enough to feed the hungry masses with enough to charge GZ?

Another question for Piers, how is it RJ couldn't write the simple letter to SF herself, she needed a "ghost" writer.

Bill Cosby: You Can’t Prove George Zimmerman Is Racist

“This racial stuff goes into a whole bunch of discussion which has stuff that you can’t prove,” Cosby said in an interview Tuesday. “You can’t prove somebody is a racist unless they really come out and do the act and is found to be that.”

”I found the media were jumping and had this woman guilty,” Cosby said. “I will never pay attention to information given to me by TV, radio or whatever about a high-profile case until the jury says what it says.”

“Let’s not go into a racial discussion unless we really have something there,” he said.
