0.9% - Hung Jury
0.1% - Guilty

Like everyone else, I want a Not Guilty verdict returned, as quickly as possible. But the process has to play out.

I go along with you generally.... but since the individual jurors are mostly unknowns to me... I would tweak the numbers a bit.
With 6 unknowns and it only taking ONE to hang the jury.. I would up the "Hung" percentage (just a guess)

Perhaps:
94.9% - Not Guilty
5.0% - Hung Jury
0.1% - Guilty

We tend to enlarge people in death beyond their stature in life. Faults and foibles are, if not exactly forgotten, swept under the rug in favor of remembering and lauding the good in them. For the most part, this is a benign, harmless practice. As Thomas Jefferson said, it does not pick anyone’s pocket or break their leg.

Combine it with politics, and particularly racial politics, however, it surely does the former and is likely to do the latter.

Oh, my Gosh. I am watching Hannity and Leo Terrel is ripping Juan Williams a new one. He says the verdict was correct and Juan Williams is saying the jury should have found George guilty for emotional reasons. Terrel says that is wrong and Juan doesn't even know the facts of the case. Amazing. He says, "Shame on you, Juan."
