I thought the odds greatly favored the prosecution in a retrial?

Poor Frank. He is on TV and being asked for his opinion. As soon as he gives it JVM yelling about him not having a crystal ball.
On NG he is asked if he has a Ouija board down his pants.

JVM has me convinced it should be renamed Hollering Ladies Network

I wouldn't disagree, but there are exceptions! The state is the ones without evidence and BS'ing their way through it, while NOT giving discovery in a timely manner to the defense that did NOT have sufficient time to fully prep ....and they can learn to subpoena for records to better AUTHENTICATE other records next time. JMOO :)

Why on earth would he go on those shows?

Yes I do. I believe he feels a guilty verdict is slipping away.

He always does. He's been on them constantly to back his friend George. He wouldn't miss them now at the end.

With that last tweet I posted. Why would the court make that announcement now?

Maybe a verdict?

Well, I guess that makes sense in a way, but seems like by now he'd know what they're going to do, kwim? They're going to twist his words, mock him, not let him speak, and attack GZ.
