I wouldn't disagree, but there are exceptions! The state is the ones without evidence and BS'ing their way through it, while NOT giving discovery in a timely manner to the defense that did NOT have sufficient time to fully prep ....and they can learn to subpoena for records to better AUTHENTICATE other records next time. JMOO :)

Well, I guess that makes sense in a way, but seems like by now he'd know what they're going to do, kwim? They're going to twist his words, mock him, not let him speak, and attack GZ.
