The jury adjourned Friday at 6 p.m. after beginning deliberations around 2:30 p.m. They sent one question to Judge Debra Nelson asking for an inventory of the evidence. The will resume deliberations at 9 a.m.

As expected.... Nelson questioned Jury on behaving themselves... and they are off to deliberate.... court in recess

9:02 a.m.
The jury is seated in the courtroom. Judge Nelson checks with them to make sure they didn't read reports or research the case. She tells them if they have any requests or questions, they should put it in writing and give it to the deputy. They are released to the jury room. Court is in recess until there is a question or a verdict.
