As Tennis opined, someone on the jury likes to be organized. Maybe that's all this is.

Maybe there is a holdout that the others are trying to convince by showing her something was put into evidence that she forgot about.

We'll find out soon, many are predicting. :)

It could be one of them wrote something in their notes that disagrees with the other jurors and they're trying to ensure their notes are correct. To me the fact they want an evidence inventory is in GZ's favor. MoM told them in his closing to look closely at the evidence.

Excellent point! The evidence does not favor the state. That's why they ignored the evidence when they weren't lying about it.

And maybe that's what they're doing -- looking up the lies told by the state.

IF I was on Jury...

I would go thru the Self defence issue first.... that by-passes any NEED to look at other stuff.

And it would take 5 minute to decide that State have NOT disproved Self Defence.

I Do not like the fact that it is taking more than 5 minutes.

Remember these are Mommas. They are checking to see who was lying, GZ or the prosecution team. We all know the answer to that question.

I hoping they will recommend that BDLR, Guy, and Weasel mouths should be washed out with soap for lying to/yelling obscenities at them and then sent to bed with no supper. :41 :TF

Ok, so you and I are certain within five minutes. Now we have to explain it to the others. How long does that take? ;)

:Gslap Londo!

That would be too cool - have them write "innocent" on the jury form and then on the back "convict" the prosecutors. :Gslap

Could be anything. They might be looking for stuff to do while waiting for dinner to arrive. They could have a hold out. They could be looking for all of the missing evidence. It could be really bad an one juror is fighting with the others about George being not guilty and having to prove her side by showing that things they thought were in evidence weren't. Maybe because MOM said they should go through the evidence themselves they though they needed to. Maybe they were looking for where the doll was because it smells like Guy.

We really don't know what is going on back there. Even though I know it is a no brainer and they should come back quick. I think it is really better if they at least pretend to examine all of the evidence first.

That is a great point..

Again... if I was on the Jury I might well run down the clock if there was a Lobster Dinner (or similar) on offer.

Then announce verdict and head to the bar for a few drinks.

Bernie's closing strategy: create enough lies somebody, anybody on the jury will want to delay verdict to uncover my lies.

Since I eat when I'm nervous, I will be right over. All that sounds soooo good. :83 Oh, is Rumpole coming?

They have new evidence never seen before. Police reports from OMara on crimes at Twin Lakes was one batch, and 6th NEN call another.

We're essentially in agreement, no? The federal government would have no jurisdiction to bring civil rights violation charges against Zimmerman.

And: I apologize if I missed (or forgot) your previous statements on the question. Due to work and home, there are times that I miss/skip multiple pages of posts, because it gets impossible to keep up otherwise.

I can't see it being worse than a hung jury!

And I am still optimistic about sanity breaking out in Sanford..... Floriduh.
