Remember there was no dispute that he got out of his vehicle.

Kidding aside, the fed can't even count the number of laws they have, so I have no doubt they could find a bakers dozen to charge George with ...right or wrong! Federal Prosecutors are the most untouchable group that does whatever they please.

I believe the matter will die off soon after the verdict is read, so a month from now few will be talking about the millons that exchanged hands ...but I have to admit I also thought it would die off after the election!

Now that would be the right thing... which makes it so unlikely. I think it was flgirl543 who mentioned something about some groups being much less organized than others, such as GZ and justice supporters being very unlikely to protest if the jury reaches an emotional (or fearful) verdict.

I would love to see GZ sue Crump and NastyJack for defamation based on off their untruthful tweets and comments.

His parents' signs should definitely say that. Oh wait... what am I saying? They're not the ones out in the hot sun!

There's one guy there with a wanted poster with George's picture with target on his face. I hope he's arrested.

I think it was Hornsby, but could have been Tennis, tweeted something to the effect he'd have a good case. :) I posted it here somewhere.

bbm

They cannot charge him with violation of civil rights. That doesn't apply to a civilian. They have no other FEDERAL charges they can charge him with either. I have no idea why I keep posting this here. It seems no one even reads my posts.

Have a good day everyone.

MOM did cover that point.

Lawyers LIE in closing statement... I refer you to Baez stating that KC was forced to suck her father's penis every day before school.

Oh, thanks for letting me know. I must've missed it (or more probably, I forgot it).

I was aware of lawyers lying and Baez is certainly a good example of that, but I thought that was only defense lawyers. Guess we don't ever get too old to learn new things.

Thanks, Rumpole! Very interesting... I played it a few times. It's only under 3 minutes long but he sure packed criticism of BDLR in a short space. It was like, gee, MOM, tell us what you really think. :Gslap

Jury has a question. Is this good or bad?

You say that with knowledge of the NBPP having put out a "$10,000 Reward - Dead or Alive" and nobody did anything about that?

Yep, that's it and one with the target. They just panned the protesters from air and I didn't see him. Maybe he was told to leave.

Edit to fix broken quote - liesel

PS to seeing_eye - MOM also made the point that it sounded deliberately different the way Guy (lied) told it.

That's great! I was hoping the jury would be told that the State deliberately lied to them in order to change the meaning of a statement.

MOM on Nelson: she does her case law research very well (paraphrased)

Sorry MOM, we'll have to call your bluff on that hand.

It appears that the request is for an inventory/list of all evidence.
