Question: At this point, does anyone think that Rachel (DeeDee) will be called back to the stand?

The defense is doing very well, so maybe not; but I honestly think West wants to get those last questions in.

NOT locking thread yet... it's still a barrel of laughs

It's going to take me a while to catch up. I've had too many distractions all day, plus my Internet has been dropping out periodically all day for seconds or minutes at a time. When I did get a chance to watch the trial, I kept falling asleep because of having to get up so early every day. I have repairmen coming out any minute now to repair my Internet connection, so they'll probably get here about the time the trial resumes (and shut it down while they repair it)!!

During Tracy's testimony today, did O'Mara use the word "order" - as in, did you order your attorney....?

You quickly forget how she ruled on the Richardson issue? I had thoughts cross my mind about MOM doing that on purpose to force Nelson to show her hand ...it seems too openly dishonest of MOM to have done that, he knew where his witness was going.

I think she'd have been overturned on that very quickly if she had found the defense in violation. The testimony changed late on Saturday and the witness testified early on Monday. What could the state have accomplished on Sunday while they were in deposition(s)?

MOM is slicker than I'd have initially guessed. Don't forget him asking questions just to get the question out, expecting to not get an answer. This may have been a tiny tit-for-tat even, given all the state has put the defense through and all the grief they were likely getting during at least Crump's depo yesterday.

Also, remember BDLR "forgot" that his star witness repeatedly lied, even though he was repeatedly asked point blank, and the state only "remembered" on the eve of hearing on the matter. The defense could have seriously been so overworked and overtired, working long hours seven days a week in a very stressful trial, that they could have literally, in reality, just simply forgot to mention it.

Yes, he did. The client is the one in charge.

A Note on site navigation

It has come to my attention that people do not see a lot of what gets posted at RT.

The best way to check on all the activity.. when you log on, as well as subsequently is to use the links across the top of all the pages

View unanswered posts | View active topics....................... View unread posts | View new posts | View your posts

I need to see everything that gets posted here and I do that by clicking on "View New Posts"

That list clears if you log off, so you may prefer "View active topics" or one of the others

IF you have something NEW that is not being discussed at the moment.....

View the INDEX - there will almost certainly be a suitable thread already... or we will create one

I dont see how they can object to ANY depiction of the defence theory?

They are allowed to put their theory before the jury..... usually that is a narrative... as we will hear from Bernie when he closes.... a vid is a modern, better way of depicting what ever story you are telling
