Gym manager: "I don't like to use these terms. Zimmerman is soft. He was overweight, a very nice and pleasant guy, but he was fat."

Hey, let's take up a collection to get Pollock to show each of the prosecution team, Corey first, what GZ went through at the hands of TM™ -- who's in?

What did Pollock do wrong? Imagine yourself being forced to mount Corey or Nelson ...extreme punishment without due process!

Bernie needs a violin too. Cry me a bucket Bernie...

I thought RT had a violin smiley, but found another that I think we'll have a lot of use for with the state: :Q34

O’Mara resumes questioning about Zimmerman’s athleticism.

Pollock says he would describe him as non-athletic.

Pollock says Zimmerman is physically soft, but he doesn't like using the terminology.

3:01 p.m.

Pollock says Zimmerman was still learning to punch on the heavy bag.

He says Zimmerman lost a lot of weight and improved through the diet and exercise.

Pollock says Zimmerman had black eyes and looked emotionally traumatized after the shooting.

“Almost like a state of shock that was continuing,” Pollock says.

The state objects to a question about a conversation Zimmerman had about shrimping regarding the event.

The attorneys approach for a sidebar.

The defense is calling the Gym owner to the stand. Soon we will have the blood splatter guy. All the witnesses who were supposed to bring it home for Bernie, Guy and Weasel.

Trayborg™ are so disappointed that the defense case is totally unlike the prosecution's... the witnesses aren't converted on cross. :34

Gym Manager: "A one-minute round can feel like an eternity if you're not physically prepared for it."

(Sort of like a 40-second beat-down while screaming for help...?)

Did Wiesel get him to say George couldn't have pinned Trayvon's hand to stop him from getting gun? Wiesel looks like the cat who ate the mouse.

If MOM doesn't call Tracy, can the state call him on rebuttal? I think MOM should avoid calling Tracy. He made his point, but, I will say Bernie did put an emotional spin on it.

Traydad™ has landmines for both sides but if I was on the jury, MOM's presentation would certainly explain to me why he wasn't called. Traydad™ seems dressed up to me; iirc, he doesn't always wear a suit. I think he expects/expected to be called but maybe, as you suggested, MOM thinks the point was made well enough without him and landmines (weeping) avoided.

That's obviously where he was trying to go, but Polluck set him straight.

Except of course as I recall GZ didn't pin TM's arms until after he shot TM and got out from underneath.
