I was a member of that Trayvon site before this case began when it was the Caylee site. I guess they just haven't noticed me being there so haven't gone to the trouble to ban me yet. (But yes, the site is closed to "guests.") I, too, devote most of my time to this trial as I have a hope that justice can still be served (even with a corrupt court). And for this "night owl," I can't believe that I'm waking up at 7:00 am every trial day. And not only that, but now I can't even sleep past 7AM on non-trial days!! Good gosh, I hope I'm not being turned into a (Heaven forbid) "morning person!!"

Is the site you are referrencing run by Express? I had not been to that site in nearly a year, though I had been there somewhat during the CA trial. When I revisited and tried to post, because so many were posting the Narrative rather than the actual facts, my posts would not show up. There are maybe a handful that know the facts and support George, but the rest are rabid for vengeance.

Can't seem to sleep so I'm up and about perusing the web.

Curious as to who the defense will call as witnesses on Monday.

Tried counting sheep? Image

It is hard for me to guess... so much is Verboten it seems. At least for now.

Robert Senior to ID screams... he came across as very credible at Bond hearing. There are witnesses who actually saw and heard stuff. Tim Smith again. The EMT guys who testified at Bond hearing. It would be nice to call the guy who did the voice stress test... play large section of that interview... not as a "lie detector test" just as an interview ;)

We need to get a 1964 Impala boulevard bouncer with header pipe exhausts and use it as a limousine to bring George and his bodyguards to the front of the courthouse. The driver should just sit there gunning the engine and bouncing it for awhile before the crew exits the vehicle.

Maybe we could have Kimberly Guilfoyle with a bullhorn on the sidewalk saying
Lordie lordie, please don't let these menacing Puerto Ricans get outta the car!

Along those lines... as they approach the court room, the entire prosecution team should be asked "are you pursuing a prosecution against GZ"

When they say "yes".... advise them ""we don't need you to do that"..... I assume they will be obliged to return to their cars.

According to Bao

The muzzle of the gun was “lightly touching” TM’s T shirt.
The chest wound was at “intermediate range”
“BAO: Yes, less than 0.4 inch to four feet”

Bao would NOT pin the distance down outside the "intermediate range"

Spot the wilful ignorance?

How on earth could the material of TM’s sweatshirt be more than an inch or two from his chest? lol

In MY opinion its a FACT that the muzzle of the gun was 0.4 inch to 2 inch. With just a little bit of applied reasoning I can cut out all the crap conjecture between 2" and 4'
I save everybody worrying about the other 3'10"

The reporter of this article has been pro Trayvon from my recall, this is one of the first that she does show some sympathay for Mrs. Zimmerman.

The comments are worth a read as well.

Seems I have exceeded my free reading at the Orlando Sentinel this am. This is an article by Scott Maxwell that sounds interesting. Titled *some see only what they want to see*...Could someone take a look at it, and post it if its worth reading?

However, to convict George Zimmerman of second-degree murder, a jury must imagine this scenario: Determined to kill an innocent stranger, a man first dials 911, stays on the phone while stalking his victim, remains at the crime scene rather than fleeing, surrenders peacefully, waives his Miranda rights and voluntarily answers hundreds of police questions.

Hard to believe, no?

Yes, flat out impossible for anyone who looks at the evidence to believe, taurus.

Ole Freddy Leatherhead and crew want so badly for GZ to testify. They know the states case is so weak the only chance they have is for GZ to take the stand and say something that opens the door for the prosecution to attempt to impeach him on the stand.

I don't see MoM/West or GZ making such a mistake. As RJ/DD would say "That's really retarded, Sir". I expect the defense will put on the a stellar case that blows the prosecutions case out the water.
