Not a bookie, no clue about over/under, but my bet is close to nil chance. If the defense demands it, Nelson may hold a hearing after trial -- and after allowing Bao to keep on testifying.

Borrowing a few words from a post..

West is a saint for what he has to put up with. Being constantly disrespected, witnesses barking nonsense at him about not wanting to testify, this ME trying to run roughshod over him and coming across as difficult an bizarre, a seething judge who seems irritated that the defense is bothering to even present a defense

HLN - is full of you know what! Really playing up Sybrina and Jahvaris's anguish. To me, their testimonies were a big THUD!

The good Dr. Boa will remain in the jury's minds as the end of the state's case.

:94 agreed. The older I get, the less I'm willing to put up with, and HLN is a good example of that. I haven't turned them on in years. I heard/read somewhere that cable companies sell advertising based on how many watch per their own stats, not Nielson's.

Excellent points re: GZ's parents. I had only considered getting them back into the courtroom; hadn't considered the undercutting of the made for tv Trayfamily™ claims. They'll have four hours after lunch, maybe a bit more if they stay late. That will hopefully be enough to finish ME and get at least one GZ parent on the stand.

No doubt the prosecution porked the pooch by putting Sybrina, Jahvaris, and the ME in the order they did. They just lost all impact by placing the ME on last.

I bet BDLR/West/Weasel and possible Corey are trying to figure out how they can have the ME's testimony struck from the record and released from the stand. :44 :doh :wall :95

It was a dud! The jurors expect them to testify it was TM's voice.
