I'm loathe to underestimate BDLR's arrogance. But I wouldn't call Traydad™ just to have him impeached. Having him say "not my son" is a lot more damaging that Traybro™'s uncertainty. Traybro™ allowed for possibility it was; Traydad™ foreclosed possibility. I do expect defense to call him, though.

I don't buy the ME's claim that TM wouldn't be able to move. One of my fellow sailors was shot thru the heart during a sniper attack in Beirut (1982), he was able to move for a couple of minutes and complained of having heartburn before he passed several minutes later. He actually asked who had a Tums.

OMG, all that carrying on by the Traybots that SPD messed up the scene by not putting plastic bags on Martin's hands, we now find out from the ME should have been paper bags. Who would have been responsible for putting paper bags on Martin's hands? Ms. Smith?

I believe an ME investigator responded to the scene according to this ME. Why didn't that investigator make sure the hands were bagged properly?

Bao states that he has no personal memory of the day of the autopsy.

Again: I call Barbara Streisand.

? Which incredible part caused your exclamation? That the ME wouldn't answer question and wouldn't shut up? That the judge wouldn't stop him for a while? Or that the judge finally did tell ME to shut up? ;)

West got the ME to disclose TM's clothes should have been put in paper bags.

Ha ha!

Bao tries to hide his on-stand notes from West. Nelson has to tell Bao that if he brings them onto the stand and testifies from them, then both attorneys are permitted to see those notes.

Dr. Bao is a true geek, and I mean that in a kindly manner.

His lack of total recall of one autopsy from a year and a half ago, out of who knows how many he's done in his career, drives him nuts and he's determined to solve that problem, and to illustrate for the rest of us the steps he's taking to do so.
