He states that by "alive for 1 - 10 minutes" means that the "brain was still alive" for that long, and that he meant the same thing by "conscious". I'm sure the family members of every person maintained in a vegetative state will be happy to learn that Bao has just declared their loved one to be conscious!

Bao also states that in his opinion, Martin could not move after the shot. Yet Selma Mora testified that she saw Martin's leg moving, and Ofc. Ayala (IIRC) testified that Martin was making a "gurgling" sound.

OMG, all that carrying on by the Traybots that SPD messed up the scene by not putting plastic bags on Martin's hands, we now find out from the ME should have used the paper bags. Who would have been responsible for putting paper bags on Martin's hands? The ME and/or assistants but like Chad, the ME does not recall. Clearly this guy is not Dr. Cycill, Dr. Braden or Dr. Perpper.
