I think this is important and any jurors familiar with social media will likely think so too, imo.

Saving ME for last means he's going to say something big.

The jury is reseated. De la Rionda shows her a button Martin was wearing. Fulton identifies it. There is no cross-examination.

The state calls Dr. Bao.

10:10 a.m.
The jury exits the courtroom. The sidebar continues.

If they were going to call the ME, why did they stipulate?

Was Bao stuck in evidence locker?

West will do the cross. (He just acknowledged no objection to proffering evidence.)

Can't wait!

"He was Unidentified, a black BOY"

"BOY" is already showing a bias

He'll be impeached if he tries. His report contradicts such a finding. Martin's fingernail beds showed signs of receiving oxygen-lean blood. That can only happen if the heart pumps oxygen-lean blood to the cells.

EDIT:

From the article:

Quote:
One piece of evidence that Trayvon did not die instantly, both doctors said, was the color of his fingernails.

Shiping Bao, the associate medical examiner in Volusia County who performed the autopsy, wrote that Trayvon had "cyanotic nail beds." That means they had turned blue, something that happens when there's not enough oxygen in the blood.

Because Trayvon's heart was weakened by blood loss and dropping blood pressure, it could no longer pump blood to his lungs. That means vital organs, including the heart, were no longer receiving the oxygen-rich blood they needed.

Bao now testifying that Martin did not die immediately, that his heart continued to pump blood, that Martin would have been suffering and in great pain.
