Traymom™ seems to be trying to cry, imo. Could appear as trying not to.

Why would the prosecution put Jahavaris Fulton on the stand, when the defense will surely present evidence of him stating that he couldn't tell that the voice was Trayvon Martin's?

Kathi Belich, WFTV
The defense asked her if she hoped that her son did nothing that led to his own death. She did not answer 1/2 #Zimmermanon9

Kathi Belich, WFTV
And said she did not understand the question. 2/2 #Zimmermanon9

Wow...that was odd...internet not allowing me into RT and saying it's "not available" for several minutes.

Now a double post...sorry!

Same thing happened to me.

Jaharvis said that what he wanted to believe altered his initial statement.

They start off with a stipulation agreed by both sides and the defendant that Trayvon really was the dead guy they autopsied, so I guess that means no calling the ME...

Why on earth would the defense agree to such a stipulation? Why not force the State to put the actual ME on the stand?

As long as jury is out while they argued about how much to let them hear of his original answer to a newsie about not being sure if it was Trayvon, they're going to leave them out while they try to bust open the evidence locker.

Because the gloves don't come off until JDN denies the motion for a JOA.

Ok, as I was trying to type when site went down - MOM heard Chip, and was confronting JF.

They weren't considerate enough to let me in on that part.

Maybe Bao has an accent that makes him a disaster on the stand for both sides.

(or maybe he sounds like Richard freaking Burton and it's something entirely else).

Jaharvis was full of words to describe answers to the state's questions.

However, when the defense starts asking questions, J.F. doesn't know, can't remember, etc.

Is O'Mara going to present a medical expert of his own?

Yes, I checked and site was down. By the time I figured that out, got downforeveryoneorjustme.com up, checked and found site was down, got email open to contact Rumpole, the site was back up. Hopefully, he'll show up soon.

I agree.

The only thing I can think of is the defense will call the ME and it will possibly make it obvious and stick out more in the jurors minds that the defense called the ME not the State and that the ME (objective evidence) helps the defense more and hurts the State's case.

If the defense doesn't call the ME either it will probably still seem odd and curious to the jury that they didn't get any information from the autopsy from the ME who preformed the autopsy.

Anyway you look at it one would think that it would seem odd to the jury and could lead them to reasonable doubt.

Could this also be why the State filed (IIRC) something to prevent the defense from bringing up the fact the State failed to call certain witnesses in their arguments?
