This is outrageous. I mean, I feel like this must be some kind of sick joke the DA is perpetrating on us all at George's expense.

So the State's theory is that Zimmerman was a criminal mastermind, who killed someone then used his expertise in criminal justice to create a cover-up story in a matter of seconds? Or is the theory that he came up with a story before the altercation?

The former is laughably ludicrous; the latter is premeditated - or first-degree - murder.

How do criminal justice courses help the State prove that Zimmerman committed second-degree murder.

What is wrong with being a "wanna-be cop?" Before my retirement I worked with a lot of LE officers (most of whom were very conscientious about their jobs and at times very heroic). And I know for a fact that ALL OF THEM were at one time a "wanna-be cop." And I consider it a most admirable ambition.

I can't imagine the jury would accept either of these. And what else could the state's theory be with where they're heading? It's unfathomable...

IF George had knowledge of criminal justice system he would have KNOWN that it's illegal to get out of his truck.

Judge Nelson says the exhibits have been known to each side and it was the first she’s heard of.

She asks for the next witness, but checks to see if there is anything else to take up.

Exactly.

Up is down, back is front, etc. in this case. No surprise prosecution denigrating LE. (Especially after their testimony helping the defense!)

Hope the traybots take note... DNA like fingerprint evidence is an "inclusive" sort of test. Evidence present CAN prove things.....If Nothing shown it proves....... NOTHING

Excellent question!

You should post that on CTH for the defense to read.

Better than a wannabe cop... than a wanna be lawyer, wannabe forensic pathologist, wanna be CSI , wannabe audio expert, wannabe videographer....... as in the Traybots posting at some forums.
