It is GREAT that West gave an overview of the case. The Jurors have a frame to hang this stuff on. Often I have seen in the early parts of a trial it is hard to see what the relevance is... until much later... then the Jury have to think back. This is better.

Why oh why did O'Mara allow these last two exhibits in? He said he thought they were for the mechanics. He should have known the state was going to use them to show parornia.

Of course. Is the state trying to get "these assholes always get away" as a racial comment?

I do too. I think he is going to have to assume that everything the prosecution does will have nefarious meaning. They don't have real evidence and will have to stretch to make a case. But this is pretty standard in court trials.

Every crime reported with a witness of suspects involved black suspects, so every call George made about suspects would fit that description.
