Boy, JVM is fast to get the guests on her program! She already got Patricia Womack?!

I'm sure Patricia Womack wasn't completely forthright in her interview with JVM, either. She has a LOT to hide and couldn't afford to have it all exposed in open court. There were things she could get in trouble for and wasn't about to risk it all for Jodi.

When I think of Nurmi whining/lying in court about this to the judge and throwing a (fake) hissy fit and not calling other witnesses! All a ploy. While I can't stand Nurmi or Willmott, they are to be admired in that they have really pulled out all the stops for this sleaze-bag Jodi - even if they probably can't stand her.

Isn't the criteria, the legal criteria for insanity - that they DON'T know the difference between right or wrong at the time of the crime?

How can we get this out there?
1. SHE KNEW ENOUGH to lock Travis' bedroom door in her FOG!

2. SHE KNEW ENOUGH to take the doggie gate away from blocking the living room, and put it across the steps, blocking little Napoleon from getting upstairs. HE would have gotten blood all over his little paws, etc. Knew enough to do that - thru her FOG.

A mental Hospital?? WHAT? That cushy life compared to PRISON - which is WHAT she deserves???

Anything else? Can't the Prosecution use these things and STOP THIS SLEEZY MOVE? Her "SELECTIVE FOG" INDEED!!! SHE IS REALLY making me SICK!! HOW can we HELP?? OR don't they NEED our help?

I recall that one of the witnesses in this case Patricia Womack, failed to give evidence. I did not realize that this could be done in the States, so will look for more clarification. In the UK if you are called as a witness you must appear, otherwise you are charged with Contempt of Court. You can't just say you don't want to turn up.

I have found this to be a particularly interesting case to follow for many different reasons and look forward to July.

Hello, Wroughead. Patricia Womack wasn't an official "witness" when she first agreed to speak on Jodi's behalf in the penalty phase. However, my understanding is that since she was not a "family member" giving a victim impact statement, she would be allowed to be questioned by the State.

I see what you mean, and perhaps I should do more research as I didn't know how well (or otherwise) she knew Jodi Arias to have originally agreed to speak. I don't believe Arias was abused as a child either.

Whether she gets life or the death penalty, I certainly don't envy her being imprisoned in Perryville, as I believe there is no air-con in the womens' section, but she gets what she deserves in my opinion whether it's life or death.

You know Joni, I don't have (or need) Facebook or Twitter, so I haven't seen the actual post - however, I just don't believe it, because we have always been led to believe with very few exceptions, Jodi Arias had no friends as such. I think it would have looked better for her if her mother had spoken at the trial. Several people (including the media) have been surprised that this did not happen, but to be honest I don't think her mother would have been a good witness, and let's be frank I don't think any of them wanted to be cross-examined by Juan!!!

Even the detective tried to get liar Jodi to tell the truth, WARNING her she didn't want to tangle with Juan M. but the Queen always knows best. Love it!

I sometimes think of her younger pretty sister. Jodi SURELY must be jealous of her! Anyhow, she called her dumb and stupid. RIGHT AGAIN, Jodi. You are in a single, cinderblock cell, with no windows and no A/C and your "dumb sister" is out living a life. Right again! She SURE is dumb isn't she!

This Saturday night on "Lifetime" they will be showing the Jodi Arias Film.
Not sure of the time - BUT SATURDAY night!!

I remembered the Jodi Arias film is called "Dirty Little Secret".
Truly I don't believe it started out that way. After he learned just WHAT "IT"WAS,
maybe she DID become his dirty little secret.

Read it won't be about the trial. Still don't know the "time" on Saturday.

The problem with movies like this is that there must be a lot of leeway for dramatization and you would never be able to judge what really happened from a movie, as most of this will be guess work I'd imagine, it's for this reason that I tend to take movies like this with a pinch of salt. They would have begun to make this movie presumably before all was revealed at the trial.

I remember watching a movie about the so called life of Princess Diana and those around her, including Dodi, to be honest I don't know where they got their information, as this was certainly not of the documentary type, and sensationalism and to be honest sickeningly sweeter than it would have been in real life - they can make up what they like, so who's to know what's real.

WH ... it will be entertainment I suppose. It might even show the furor of the attack - made to fit into their "timeframe".

Just like today. I loved seeing her in her strips and shackles on her feet, and hands.

I waited so long for this ... all of us have. It was great. She is OWNED. The male guard told her when to stop, wait, go. The female guard also stayed right by her side. She had two guards! It was wonderful. No fake "glasses", make up, laughing ... the NEW JODI!! "I like it!" It's about time.

Glad you mentioned those glasses. I'll be honest they are very 50s looking and I'm surprised her team let her wear designs like that. Jodi from her arrest and throughout her trial has enjoyed being in the limelight, and I bet you like others, and it certainly didn't escape me, how her face lit up when she discussed the more salacious descriptions of their sex life, this told me a lot about her personality, she was definitely a stalker. No man would put up with a woman just turning up as she did on many occasions, even if they had not supposedly split days or weeks before, this would make men very angry.

She is VERY lucky that Travis didn't **kill her**!

Yes she is as phony as her wheel-chair grandmother, who SPRINTED toward the car after the
verdict came down!

SHE WAS actually killing him slowly, inch by inch, before she actually took his LIFE. Systematically killed his new love-life, destroying his essence/soul so he couldn't earn his living, his peace of mind and serenity, cost him plenty by stealing from him and destroying his property which he had to replace, FORECED to live with STALKING which takes SUCH a toll on one's soul and mind, (I KNOW), emotionally BLACKMAILING him, etc. KILLING STRESS!! How can one POSSIBLY do what HE DID for a living with THAT going on? They can't! She destroyed him months before she literally slaughtered/destroyed him!

I formed certain opinions of the relationship a while ago, and also that Travis seemed a nice guy from all accounts, but there was another side to him which his friends apparently knew nothing about, also the Mormon side to him which if we believe Arias certainly surprised me. We didn't hear anything from his family or friends as to their being surprised at what he said and how he spoke during some of those calls with Arias - well the guy's not hear to speak for himself so his friends and family are not going to say anything at least not in public.

The whole case is a very sad one indeed, and now we shall have to wait until July to ascertain whether she will eventually be put to death or not. I probably won't say any more now until the next phase.

How long is the penalty phase delayed? What pizzes me off is she will be remaining at Estrella. Maybe they will go ahead and transfer her to Perryville where she belongs. Why wait? She is convicted of 1st degree murder and the third phase won't change that.

The very sexual side of Travis didn't surprise me. He looked young, healthy, alive, and warm to me. I guess natured programmed him that way ... and I don't think it was his fault. Morman laws seem difficult to me. He was 30... getting up there.

"EVE" the temptress sure dangled her apple in front of him all the time as often as she could. I think she is a nymph, and also thought THAT was the only way she could get a good meal ticket. She SURE wanted Travis. I think he had everything she wanted. He won fun trips, was lots of fun, great exciting career, big conventions, dress up big parties, lots of friends (she had none), wonderful house, money, youth, cute, etc. She was a real pro in that area I think. She probably had been doing that for some 14 years!
