The state has already objected twice once for defense calling #Zimmerman George for which he apologized and again for saying#Zimmerman is presumed innocent until proven guilty and the judge overruled the state's objection saying you are presumed innocent.

9:25 a.m.
Our reporter in the courtroom says the jurors appear tired today.

O’Mara tells them he appreciates their time spent so far. He asks them if they mind if he informally addresses them by pointing at them.

“I represent people in the state of Florida, I just do it individually,” he says.

O’Mara says he has a concern with the word defendant. He moves to stand of Zimmerman and put his hands on his shoulders. De la Rionda objects to the informal use of George’s name. O’Mara apologizes.

Juror B-51 answers O’Mara question about the word defendant. He asks the group if they all agree that the word cannot me he did anything wrong.

Juror K-95 says she does not have all the facts, so a verdict at that moment would be not guilty as O’Mara addresses the term “the presumption of innocence.”

O’Mara says some countries have an opposite system.

One juror says she lived in Singapore and said the justice system was very different.

Another juror says he lived in the Middle East. Juror H-69 said she lived in Venezuela and said it was difficult for anyone arrested to prove their innocence.

Another juror said she lived in a South American country and said sometimes people disappeared.

Juror E-6 says first-hand witnesses and other evidence would have to be presented to overcome a reasonable doubt.

O’Mara asks another juror when he thinks “the state proves their case beyond a reasonable doubt.”

Juror E-22 says “I think it’s a fair way of doing it.”

Juror B-72 is asked if there is concern in waiting for the state to prove their case. The juror says no.

Juror I-19 is asked what she thinks about waiting for the testimony before deciding. She says she is not concerned.

O’Mara talks further about the concept of “reasonable doubt.” He first addresses “speculation.”

A juror says that would mean he needs all the facts.

O’Mara asks about “a mere possible doubt.” He follows by asking about a “forced doubt.”

O’Mara asks about “imaginary doubts.”

Wow! BDLR seems transparently desperate to me with all of those objections. MOM is engaging and likeable. BDLR objecting constantly. I'm hopeful at least some of the pjs are seeing how much BDLR is trying to manipulate the evidence and more importantly, their perceptions of it. MOM not objecting yesterday may serve to emphasize BDLR's repeated objections today.
