Bernies "Hypothetical" about red car/blue car is stupid and childish.

He is so used to leading questions... he poses a leading hypothetical... "would you believe what you heard in court or what you heard in news"..... who would answer other than "Stuff in court" ??

The tragedy here is that the IMPRINTING of false information has polluted the entire jury pool.

The Scheme Team have a lot to answer for.

Based on the amount of interviews and stories that came from Crump and Associates I don't think you can find a jury within the US that hasn't heard about this case. The bad thing is that the judge is fully aware of this fact. :stamp

Not impressed with West today... WHY on earth is he cross examining on details that witness knows... he is reinforcing a lot of the false notions.

Sybrina should take off those false eyelashes. They are weighing her eyelids down.

In a way this could work for the defense, but would be a risky move.

If they have someone who has heard all of the lies, they could really move to the defense's side when they actually hear evidence that proves all of these misconceptions were false.

It is the same way with a weak case. If someone is expecting something much more concrete than what they get in court, it can ruin the prosecutor's credibility.

Traybots are up in arms when a shot shows GZ with eyes closed... but I am sure they give Sabrina a pass.

Just another hypocritical day in the land of the wilfully ignorant, and hopelessly imprinted.

Now, where have we heard THAT before? :roll

Better get her off. She will lap up the testimony of the "he be tired" witness. LOL

The guy has repeatedly said he does not KNOW for sure... yet West is actually putting ideas in his (and everybody's) head.. clearly leading questions... just a bit more subtle than Bernie.
More appropriate for cross-examining a witness.. than for Jury selection. IMO

BTW - the juror that mentioned liking to watch Peter Jennings - seems suspicious to me.

Didn't Peter Jennings die several years ago?

Not only that, but she said she still watches NBC because she watched him there.

I don't know if she was confused or deliberately trying to mislead.

The 23rd potential juror, a white male, 40-50s, with salt and pepper goatee, samples the political TV spectrum, from Fox to MSNBC.

The 22nd potential juror to make it to courtroom is a white male, B-87, maybe late 30s, early 40s. My best guess is 2-3 of the 21 are gone.

FLAREON - Hey, you're good! This witness just said what you did about the misconceptions - (para) about thinking how could Zimmerman have been in a self-defense situation if he didn't have any injuries and the next thing he knew, there were the pictures of the injuries!
