That's a pretty limp showing of support. What are there, 10 losers?

I just got here. Are you serious?

Also, saw a post stating Nelson had ruled out on a continuance. Was that broadcast or what source?

There was no discussion on the Frye hearing, and Nelson ruled out a delay as broadcast.

As to the family statement referenced earlier by me, Diwataman says on CTH that Tracy Martin did it. (me: :fish . Crump may have introduced it though)

Thanks! Hopefully we may see the motion for continuance at GZLegal, as I'm lost how the DCA ruling on discovery can be ignored ...wishing to see how MOM addressed that issue in the motion, if he did.

Defense has not yet deposed attorneycrump, wants to review, "we're not fully ready," seeks continuance of at least two weeks. State objects

Lawyers back in court after, it appears, they and #GeorgeZimmerman were introduced to potential jurors as they were given questionnaires.

Inquisitive spectator has been reminded -- not removed.

Bernie de la Rionda approached by spectator who wants to talk to him. BDLR tells deputy who will likely remind spectator to spectate only.

Defense using Robert B. Hirschhorn as a jury consultant.

eta - Is this him? :91

ROBERT B. HIRSCHHORN of Cathy E. Bennett & Associates, Inc., Lewisville, Texas, is an attorney and a nationally recognized expert in jury and trial consultation. He is a co-author of Blue’s Guide to Jury Selection, which is currently available from Thompson-West Publishing. Mr. Hirschhorn has been a jury consultant since 1985. In 2005, he selected juries that returned more than $750 Million in verdicts. Those cases include Lexar v. Toshiba (breach of fiduciary duty; $461 Million) and Ernst v. Merck (1st Vioxx litigation; $253 Million). He has also assisted lawyers in many high-profile criminal cases including State of Florida v. William Kennedy Smith (sexual assault charges, not guilty verdict), State v. U.S. Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison (ethics charges, not-guilty verdict), and State v. Robert Durst (acquitted of murder charges). Mr. Hirschhorn has appeared on Good Morning America, MSNBC, Court TV, CNN, Dateline NBC, 48 Hours, Nightline, and many national radio programs. He lectures nationwide to lawyers and judges on the art of jury selection.
