I think Owen may correct / supplement / recant his opinion in view of recently released Trayvon audio clip. He can now see that he is going to be shredded if he testifies to an opinion based on repeatedly copying the same data to obtain a larger sample and concluding that Trayvon was screaming when the new ABC expert says that Zimmerman was likely the one screaming. The recent Trayvon audio clip provides a perfect, face saving way out w/o trashing his reputation too badly. Plus, he already racked up a bunch of billable hours and can rack up a bunch more analyzing the new clip and supplementing his opinion. The alternative is to get completely destroyed at trial.

That's better than the Meehan approach of classifying the results with the previously unidentified status of preliminary. His opportunity is knocking, a work in progress.

I don't see why it is still called Arizona Ice Tea when in fact it wasn't. It was Arizona Watermelon Drink. There is also an Arizona Mango Drink and others.

Apparently one of the cops at the scene errantly noted "Arizona Iced Tea" on a report at the scene. That information was conveyed to Scheme Team and to BDLR, who both coached and/or led W8 to say "iced tea". Scheme Team also widely babbled about iced tea to the media. So they are now stuck with "iced tea". Additionally, WMFJC has a negative connotation in that it is associated with making lean a/k/a sizzurp. There is actually a song called "Watermelon Sizzurp."

She had gone out and purchased Skittles and iced tea to hold up for a photo shoot.. and it is glaringly WRONG to anybody who has actually followed the case.. knows what the can of drink actually looked like. The can in this case is distinctive. The WRONG can is distinctly WRONG as well. I'll try and find the pic... but don't hold your breath.... I skim though so much garbage.

The fact that BDLR is still calling it "iced tea" tell us a lot about BDLR.

BDLR was caught red handed hiding evidence. The state has moved in a new SA to take over the case. I don't think Bernie will be so up front as this case progresses. That's just my opinion.

My father was career Navy. At one point in the mid-70s he was the head of Navy recruiting for a large city. They had a minority quota program. He had his recruiters so motivated that they were practically kidnapping blacks off the street to try and meet the quota. But there was a qualification test they had to pass. Many of them scored "group 4" which my father defined to me as "non-trainable." When they found one that actually passed the test, it was cause for great celebration. As a black woman of even marginal intelligence, with a college degree, Nasty was probably very highly recruited.

The State voice "experts" are clearly "shonky" ... Any fool can see that. It is farcical to be going through the official Judicial procedure at all. A Frye hearing at all is a joke..... a 4+ day Frye hearing is a farce!!

EVERYBODY watching this can see this plainly (outside the wilfully ignorant Traybots.. and even some of those can actually see it too)

This brings the Florida Judicial system, Journalism etc into disrepute.

SOMEBODY in charge should have the balls to stand up and call a halt to this nonsense.


We need a Grown-up to step in and stop this case and tell the child-minds to stop playing silly games.
