I can see this as an investigative tool like a lie detector, but not advanced enough to be brought into a courtroom.

Yes!

GZ looks like he may nod off.


And...speaking off "Lost", Michael Emerson should be offered the part of Doddington in the tv movie of this case. (His reading of the testimony would make it interesting.)

12:02 a.m. ET: Doddington explains that his role in a NIST evaluation was to create the test that was put out to the industry to be used for voice recognition analysis. He confirmed that he has been an independent contractor for the company since 2001.
