As I consider all else I need to do away from my computer today, the truth is I will not miss anything that will alter Nelson's ruling. She'll most likely allow the state whatever they want or not allow it just for the sake of preventing what could happen if those idiots testified. I suspect the state's questioning today will center on a search for any means possible to salvage their experts by using those called by the defense.
