OK, this is the guy who didn't want to give a depo to the defense unless he got $3,300.00 up front.

I keep relating this to DNA testing, FWIW. If a DNA sample is weak, they can replicate it for testing. What this guy is explaining, as I understand it, would be like a DNA sample having too few markers. Where they want say 12 markers to test, and the sample only has 6 markers, replication on it produces a testing result for 6 markers. The number of people excluded then decreases drastically and the test is not reliable to determine the probability of exclusion.

This guy is doing something similar, only it is a scientific methodology that is much less conclusive and reliable than DNA testing before you even start ….as we rely partially on what he hears.

It resembles voodoo, very scary to even think a mans freedom could be subject to it.

That's pretty twisted.

It's one thing when you're brought onto a case to testify as an expert and you honestly have no idea about who's guilty or whatever... and you just honestly testify as to what your results showed.

But Tom Owen saw the injury photos, though he saw them AFTER he issued his BS findings... he KNOWS it was GZ screaming but he's still testifying to get him convicted. Pretty vile.
