The FBI wasn't using Audacity and that's why they failed to determine who was screaming.

I don't know why they don't just run a Poll at Justarse Quest and answer "who's voice" once and for all.

Nelson DENIED a Defence motion on anonymous witnesses as a warm up... then we launched into sanctions on BDLR.... but (unbelievably) we got as far as MOM calling BDLR as his next witness and Nelson called Time Out... taking too long... it can be done AFTER trial?

Now moved to Frye hearing... Defence FBI voice expert.... Japanese.... accent is a bit distracting but a smart guy.

Thanks, I caught most of that, up to and including the expert FBI witness. I thought he was brillant.

As I posted earlier on the hearing thread Jean C lost her dumbness for a moment today when she said what Nelson pulled about the defense motion to sanction will be an automatic reversal if there should be a conviction.

I hope the defense is writing up a writ at this moment to the DC5 for what went on in court today ...the Judge ruling that the defense's motions would be post trial.. Outrageous.

From what I have read... at CTH..... they can not do an appeal BEFORE trial.

IANAL at all... but that's what I read.
