Bernie's trying to make the point that both White and CrimeBoss are disgruntled state employees and that's their motivation. Pffft.

Can't believe Nelson is overruling the defense's objections on this. I still think O'Mara and West should alternate popping up out of their chairs like whack-a-moles to object to everything that flies out of Bernie's mouth. He can't stay on point anyway, so interrupting him every few seconds would destroy what's left of his game. If I were MOM/West, I'd push both Nelson and Bernie to the absolute limit here.

They need to put Bernie on the stand.

12:21 p.m. ET: O'Mara is objecting to Rionda statement that O'Mara did have the information from Martin's phone. He said Rionda was just making stuff up. Rionda said he would restate the questions, and judge Nelson told O'Mara to keep his commentary out of his objections.

Fortunately, it doesn't seem CrimeBoss is terribly impressed with Bernardo's bluster. He seems pretty cool under pressure. I do think MOM/West may need to powwow again with the DCA, based on Doubtfire's performance thus far. She's allowing Bernie free rein, as usual. Judge D isn't a real quick study, is she? Maybe she hasn't had time to read those TWO DCA decisions yet.

You're right, Kruidbos is cool and collected for being such a newbie to the stand. I have nothing but admiration for him.

Judge Nelson has to know her goose is cooked but will see this FARCE/railroading through to its pre-determined conclusion - except that maybe now, she won't be quite as obvious.

CayleesJustice and Neighbor In Orlando are making fools of themselves. They continually post the false narrative and or bring up GZ's arrest, restraining order, and alleged raping of his cousin.
