Personally, I don't think they will consider life with parole. At least I hope not.

I think Jodi is so narcissistic she will want to be in court again and in front of another jury. I really don't think she will worry about the death penalty.

What does she gain from doing this? Nothing and she may lose and get death. If it comes back life again, the judge will not give her life with parole after all this. She will be back to life without parole she could plea to now. She has more to lose than to gain.

Actually, the family will have much input and if they still want death and want to go through this again, I say go for it. There is nothing to lose except a lot of money for the re trial.

MBTB I wonder just HOW MANY mental/personality disorders Jodi really has and what if anything ... went wrong/happened to her?

Did someone say "The Bad Seed"?? I think I heard an expert say that of her.

I remember a documentary on brains of psychotics who have a gene that has been isolated for them which is hereditary. Anyway, the person doing the documentary, had a brain scan and had the brain of a psychotic and the gene. It was so funny when he panicked. He went to his grandmother and asked if there was any mentally ill people in their family, and she said yes.
LOL, he panicked even more asking her why she never told him.

It was determined that many people have the same type brain and the gene, but don't go off the deep end because of their upbringing. He was brought up with a lot of love.

We'll know how nuts she is if she refuses a plea bargain to get the death penalty off the table. Hopefully that plea deal would include not being able to do any appeals.

MBTB ... funny story. Poor guy. I do believe nurturing is very important too. Nature and nurture.

I think examining her mind (or lack thereof) could keep a Shrink busy for 2 years. Multiple problems. You know I always wonder if she was a natural miscarriage that didn't quite happen. I heard that nature aborts some fetuses that are not right.

I believe she would kill again if given the chance. It might be a long time, but she would carve up another guy she would be obsessed with and he dumped her. I believe, if she was jealous enough of a woman, she would carve her up too. I think she is very dangerous.

I was thinking the same thing that expert said. Bad seed!

I've also been wondering about Jodi and her guards. She'll try to manipulate them (esp. if male!) just like she does everyone else. I hope they lock her up and throw away the key.

I recall reading whoever she was going with, she ADAPTED their life style, and their Religion too.
