Mary Cutcher is the roommate of Witness #16 Selma Lamilla.

Witness Summary:
This witness is Mary Cutcher, who was home with her roommate (Witness #16 Selma Lamilla) the night of the incident. She believes that whomever she saw out there intended to kill the Trayvon Martin. She was about to take an online test and went to make coffee in the kitchen, when she heard sounds like sopmeone in trouble or hurting. She and Selma slowly walked toward the glass door, and saw “the kid” laying on the ground.

Selma Lamilla

Selma Lamilla is the roommate of Witness #5 Mary Cutcher.

Witness Summary:
She heard a kid crying (she sounds it out), and then she heard a shot, but was thinking maybe it was some kids playing. She went out to the porch. She saw a guy laying on the ground and could see another guy on top of him. She asked “what’s going on?” no answer, “what’s wrong with you, what’s going on?” The guy on top looked at her, and finally said “Call the police.” At that moment her roommate (Witness #5, Mary Cutcher) came back and told her to come inside.

“Dee Dee”

She has been referred to as both “Dee Dee” and Trayvon Martin’s girlfriend in the media.

Witness Summary:
The interview was conducted by Florida Assistant State Attorney Bernie de la Rionda. She says that Trayvon told her that a white man in a car was watching him from a car. He said that the man watching was on the phone. Trayvon said that he was going to start walking. Phone hung up and she called him back. He said the man was still watching him. He put his hoodie on because it was still raining. She told him to run to his dad’s house. He said that he would run. She heard Trayvon running and could hear the wind. Trayvon said that he lost the guy. Then, he told her the guy was coming closer to him. She heard Trayvon say “Why you following me for?” An old man said, “What are you doing around here?” She called Trayvon’s name and he didn’t answer. She said someone bumped him, and she heard the phone drop. She could hear a little bit of sound. Trayvon was saying “Get off, get off.” Then, the phone hung up. She called him back two or three times. She states she has guilt about the situation.

Witness Summary:
She thought she heard loud voices outside while she was upstairs in her bedroom. She didn’t hear voices for about 10 minutes or so, and then heard them again. She couldn’t see anything at first, then saw two men on the ground and someone calling for help from her window. She remembers hearing the pop noise. She thought she heard more than one pop. She then called 911. She saw a larger man standing a couple of feet from a body. She couldn’t see any faces. She couldn’t hear what the people were yelling about. She said she saw what looked like a “larger Hispanic man” as the person who walked away from the incident.

In fact, as corroborated by two different doctors, it is probable that Martin remained alive for several minutes, and that he remained conscious for a minute to a few minutes following the gun shot. (There's an Orlando Sentinel link somewhere; not motivated to find it at the moment. )

I can't say that I blame Robert Zimmerman for stating what he did, this case is a sham The prosecutors should be charged with malicious prosecution and barred from practicing law for the rest of their lives. They should also loose any state pension they are currently entitled to at this time. Crump should also be disbarred as well.

The Zimmerman's should sue both the state of Florida and Crump for their involvement in this sham as well.

Anyone know if there is any truth to the story that Robert Sr and Wolfinger are friends? I also heard that Robert is Wolfinger's son's God father.

I find it hard to believe, but you know how Trayvonites are, lies are the truth and the truth is a lie.

I can't blame Robert sr either. It is one big shame. I think his family has shown nothing but class in a time when I would have been a hot mess. They have all done a great job keeping it togeather. When it comes to my children I am fearless and more than willing to die to protect them from harm, so i can't imagine how hard it is to be a parent and have to trust someone else with your childs life. It doesn't matter what age your child is, they are still YOUR child.

Absolutely! People who understand this need to begin by filing complaints against Crump and Corey to the Florida Bar Assn. and the American Bar Association.

I saw elsewhere that someone had commented:

Anyone here know about this?

I have never read anything like that in any official statements. Not to say it didn't happen but it sounds like an internet rumor.

Obi-Wan, do you have a complete numbered Witness list from both the Prosecution and the Defense? I have three or more bookmarked but nothing complete to date.

I have known the source of that comment for years, so I am 110% certain he would not fabricate it intentionally ...however that person is not presently available, though I'm sure he will be before the day is over. I was just asking here to see if any others recalled seeing something that resembled the situation he had described.
