Mal Jodi's friends called her mother and said they thought she was bi-polar. Not sure if that's her. I think she sounds more like Borderline Personality Disorder. I have been reading about it.

I am picturing her today, in that cinderblock cell with NO windows. OH ... good news. I think those cells have SOLID METAL DOORS too!!! YES!!! No bars. YEAAA. I like her all closed in. She needs people - don't GIVE her any!!! I think if she had to live like that - she would be babbling and slobbering in about 2 years. Oh happy day!!

Is there such a thing where they can get life w/o parole yet be in solitary - whatever they want to CALL IT?? Hmmm high profile case? THAT'S what I would want for her. But, IF she gets life, she WILL be alone for maybe 12 years? That's good! Then meet her maker, then DOWN where she belongs!

Joni - if Jodi gets Life, she will only be in solitary if they decide she needs "special protection," otherwise, no. I'll bet she got along just dandy with the other prisoners (Arpaio said she was doing well, just got caught with some extra pencils one time).

So according to Michael Kiefer (a courtroom analyst/lawyer for azcentral) -

If the jury decides DEATH - Jodi will be sentenced immediately.

If the jury decides LIFE - then Judge Sherry will set a date 30 days from now and it will be up to her if she decides LIFE or LIFE WITHOUT PAROLE.

From court to death row. Hope her bags are packed when going to court.

It's even worse. Jodi had *PENS* hidden, and they can be made into "shanks"/tools for STABBING -KILLING! That's STABBY'S THING!! I think she had 2 or 3 hidden? WHY? That is not a good thing considering what they usually USE THEM FOR in prison! Why are they just poo pooing that? She had a stash of potential weapons! One in a bottle of shampoo I think, and in the toilet too??

Yes, she made it her business to be very popular there, maybe she knew well in advance what could possibly come? She got a better holiday dinner for her roommate? So she WILL be then in General Population with her lovers, her stall that she can manipulate and control, (oh happy day!), and run "ART CLASSES" ... oh LORDY ... called "How To Trace - 101". Was Donovan in jail when she met her? She is a sad creature.

I saw her brother (resembles Jodi so much, poor thing) and people say they saw her sister, but I didn't. Jodi testified in court that she also has an older half-sister from her father's first marriage.

Yes, Donovan was already in jail for arson when Jodi arrived.

Thanks, how romantic is that? If Jodi is on death row, poor Donovan won't get to see her much.

I see nothing scheduled on TV regarding Jodi tonight. I needed my hate fix even if it's a re run .

The thing is, Donovan is on parole. I have seen where people post facebook posts that some have CALLED Donovan's parole officer and complained that instead of looking for a job, that Donovan has sat for 4 months for the trial. Also complained that Donovan is taking phone calls from Jodi and posting the tweets.

Apparently, as someone on parole, she is not allowed to consort with other felons and I'm assuming visiting Jodi would be a big no-no. Don't know what the parole officer will do about her violations to date.

I find her amusing once in awhile, but she's mostly obnoxious. She missed her calling as a live theater actress. She's all about the drama.
