I wonder if it is to our benefit that the jury EVEN NOW -
is not sequestered? I thought they were in murder cases?
Even - especially during *deliberations*??

Hope not grounds for a mistrial. :WW

Rump many people are guessing Tuesday... a few a Wednesday verdict.

Felony murder too is on the books I see. That will take time I guess. SHE stole his gun. Murder during a theft. She was invited there?? I thought SHE invited herself there; as usual.

AND more time if we have a bleeding heart who feels sorry for "COUSIN IT". UGH!

Normally take a straw vote Jean C. said. But so much evidence, they will probably want to go thru the evidence. Some might be for murder 2, etc.

Then, I think MBTB is correct - sounds suspiciously like the proceeds will mostly be benefiting the Arias family (read: Jodi).

That this lying murderess has decided to cover herself with the cloak of Domestic Violence is beyond insulting!!

Oh, good. She looks like crap in that picture. Pasty white with acne. :69

Ha ha forensic. I LOVE IT. AND too, her real jail pale with no make up on - - HER ARMS!!

Can I clean up first - she asked the Detective before her "mug shot"? NO she meant a full face of make up, including foundation! She makes it look like sometimes - as if she is wearing NOTHING! Doesn't have US fooled!

Looks like she could glow in the dark! :neener

I wonder how Jodi did with Prepaid Legal? I guess she sold it to all her 4 friends. :Gslap I doubt even that. THAT IS NOT the reason she joined it, I am sure! SHE joined it to expand her stall -- of future prey. Poor nice Morman boys, many earning a good living. THAT'S what "COUSIN IT"
wanted! As always, a free meal ticket and free lodging.

Jodi Arrogant, wannabe Photographer, Artist, wife of a successful, good man...

Will the REAL Jodi Arias stand up? Jodi the BUTCHER, loser, liar, phony, waitress.

Hi all. Newbie here. I will jump right in and say I really thought that the Jury would have been back by the close of today's deliberations - guess that isn't going to happen. I don't think there can be a more terrible way of murdering someone - when they are naked and at their most vunerable. And armed with two weapons no less - how can anyone not see that as premeditated? Sending vibes to the Jury to do the right thing.

Edited to add: OH WOW Rumpole - thank you thank you for the new Avatar. :51

Touchdown WELCOME!!! :44 We are a very nice group here ... and Rump does his best to help.
He has a great group too, helping him. It's really wonderful.
There is so much here - it boggles the mind.

I just learned from Nancy G. that Jodi is directly stealing Copyrighted material, from Miss Dior (the Hat Series) and Guess!! I hope there is a law suit that will take her money away from her proceeds of her "art"???? ART??? HA!

Dr. Drew tonight ... I think something about bringing Travis to tears. Chris and Skye Hughes will be on again. Not sure if a video ...

Thanks for the warm welcome Ginger and Joni. I have been mulling around - looking at the awesome photos, took the polls in Arias (I see I think like the majority - LOL) and figured I would go an check out the "jokes" next. I love that there is such a variety of topics to read and add to.

I understand the jury has quit deliberating today - I lost my first poll. (sigh) I am still holding out for Premed. 1st Degree.

Hi TouchDown and welcome. I just love dog avatars. I lost my poll also. Maybe they pretty much have a verdict since they are coming in an hour later tomorrow.

I'm thinking they will come back at around 3pm Arizona time tomorrow because I am taking my pup to the vet for more shots and I won't see it.

The jury didn't actually deliberate last Friday, it's said that they chose a jury foreperson & called it a night.
Today (Monday) was the first day that the jury actually deliberated the case.

Can't believe there's no verdict yet. Maybe they reached a decision right before leaving and will present it in the morning? I sure hope they are not compromising on a lesser charge. Anything less than Murder One would be terrible.

If they come in more dressed up, that could be because they are planning an interview. I've seen that happen before. I guess it could also be a juror has some business to take care of in the morning and can't get there until 10 am.

Some are saying, that they think they have a verdict. Some jury's like to "sleep" on it. They are coming in 1 hour later tomorrow, 10 AM, not 9 AM. That might be to allow family to get there. We
can see how they are DRESSED. Oh please ... some resolution to this slaughter and for this MONSTER! Anything Murder 1 I would be ok with. Never know with these juries. Keep that lunatic killer OFF the STREETS!!!! Somehow!!!!

My friend has a dog who looks just like your avatar. Lives in FL. So cute. I am lucky. I rescued my dog Lucy, and my Norwegian Forest Cat "Lilly", rescued/found me!!

I saw that on HLN Joni - saying they could have a verdict and are just going to sleep on it for tonight. In that case, wouldn't murderbythebook and the rest of us who voted the jury would have a verdict in 1 day be technically correct? :81

Okay, how about this: If they announce they have a verdict within the first hour of returning tomorrow, then it means they really had a verdict on day one - show of hands - anyone agree??? LOL

Morning, everyone! :69

Here's hoping the speculation is correct and that today is verdict day!

I'm thinking that Tuesday, today, falls under the 2 Day Deliberation option Rumpole has on his poll (which of course, was MY prediction :17 ). I don't think the 55 minutes on Friday counted as 1 day?

Later start time today - 10:00am Arizona - 1:00pm EDT

A BIG :92 to Touchdown! (your avatar puppy is beyond precious!)

I'm with you - Friday "didn't count," so today is Day 2 (the option I chose on the poll! :Q17 )

I agree - I mean, Martinez could not have made it any clearer for them. WHile I completely support a jury in being careful and taking their time to reach an informed decision, this case is different. They've sat there for 4 lonnnng months (with a LOT of repetition). If the decision comes even today, I'm surprised they took so long. :Q18

TD ... ha ha I am not awake yet and SO burnt out by this horrifric murder and her LIES "My brain is scrambled." Now WHERE have we heard that dumb thing before?
I have gotten all my errands finished ... just hanging around here for the verdict. I am sick of her!!

Recently she is making me especially sick. I see her "evil zone-out" - STARING ... while she gives the finger to Nancy G. or makes a throat slashing motion for Juan as he tells it like it is!! She thinks because she is staring, we don't notice her hand movements? WHAT? NO WAY is her I.Q. 119. IT has to be 112 or less. She doesn't know her CRAZY EYES zone out is a dead give away that she is doing something - - SINISTER? IDIOT!

Hi Joni!

If I were on that jury, I would have COMPLAINED to the judge right from the start about Jodi staring them down the way she did. Why does she think she can do that? She is such a sociopath; she thinks she can do whatever she wants! She is CREEPY and EVIL.
