Did he say they can charge her guilty of premeditated AND felony murder?

I didn't realize they could charge her with both.

Premeditated Murder has two parts or methods.

One is premeditated and one is Felony murder. Yes, they can decide premeditated murder with either one. They don't have to be unanimous either.

You could have 6 go for premeditated and 6 for felony and it is all premeditated.

We saw a beautiful mind at work today, didn't we?

STANDING OVATION - Mr. Martinez!

It's like Travis was standing right behind him, very faint smile - and
an Angel sitting on each of his shoulders.

So so beautiful! What can that Rag Tag Team do - to follow this?

I never understood guys yelling at the TV during sports games. BUT - during THIS mess, I found
myself YELLING at my TV!!! :52

HOW CAN this jury come in for any lesser verdict than murder 1? Only if an idiot!

MM I missed looking at Jack In The Box ... I will see it it's on youtube - yet.

You Are So Beautiful To Me :DN4

I don't think she really was crying - - again.

Wipes her nose only to make it RED.
Never ever BLOWS her nose like normal people.

Chris Hughes brother is on now ... she WASN'T crying he said. Just little
appropriate "crying moves" ... always the MIME.

MBTB said Jean C. wears shortish skirts. She shouldn't.

The D. can't possibly match today, can they? Willmott is even trying to copy Juan's style, but can't carry it off!! Not working for her. She should stay her own abrasive, squeaky, hysterical self.

She never heard of that stuff that you use to you paint away your bald spots? Spray your scalp? I saw it on TV. So far, touch wood, I don't need it - - yet. Always had thick hair!

Mal ~

Yes I think something is finally breaking thru Jodi's wall of insanity!

It must be such culture shock, after a lifetime of conning many young men, finding herself
in THIS situation where normal people (who don't even know her - not mommy or daddy), are judging her.
SOCIETY!

I found out why some are wearing blue ribbons at the trial. April is child abuse month and blue is the color.

I am so happy today is over. Whew. Juan was great ... not worried at all now.

BUT, what if a juror is whacko ... and kept it hidden. It only takes ONE to make a hung juror?
Or they will then have a compromise verdict... like Murder 2? Anything to get HOME and end this insanity?

THAT is a dumb rule I think. Should be a majority ... even 9 - 3?

Arias told another expert there was 20 incidents of abuse????????????? Hearing this on Nancy. What a D**N liar!!! Jodi forgot about her?

Martinez: Arias won’t let Alexander rest in peace
By Graham Winch
updated 7:23 PM EDT, Thu May 02, 2013

After months of sometimes-gory evidence and shocking testimony filled with sex, lies and allegations of brutality, Jodi Arias is just days away from learning her fate.

The jury could begin deliberating as early as Friday about whether Arias is guilty of murdering her ex-boyfriend Travis Alexander. Arias testified Alexander’s sexual and physical abuse culminated in a fight that forced her to kill him in self-defense.

After a marathon day of testimony Wednesday, prosecutor Juan Martinez rested his case around midnight ET.

If convicted of first-degree murder, Arias could face the death penalty via lethal injection.

This is the absolute last chance the attorneys have to persuade the jurors to convict or acquit Arias.

Some attorneys like to save a surprise for closing arguments, because it's the last thing the jurors will hear before they begin their deliberations.

The jurors have heard a lot of testimony throughout the four-month trial, but the attorneys haven't always been able to explain the significance of the testimony. Attorneys commonly use the closing arguments to "connect the dots."

Closing arguments can also provide some of the most memorable moments in court, such as when O.J. Simpson defense attorney Johnnie Cochran coined the famous term, "If it doesn't fit, you must acquit."

Thanks Mal :give

Ongoing...............

Nurmi will be slow and frustrating .....but..... Martinez gets another turn... that might be good.... Then boring Jury instructions.

I thought JM did good..... but....... could have done even better?

It all depends on Jury.....whether there are any "Types" who believe the psychobabble stuff?

Thanks. I'm watching Part 1 now.

BTW, they did the Jury Instructions already, before the Prosecution's Closing Arguments. I got home today just as they started reading them. I started zoning out halfway through. :)
