The defense "seems" to be quite adamant about the returned gas can with lots of head shaking in denial - if they were so sure it wasn't true, why did they not address this in their sur-sur-sur-sur-sur rebuttal?? Or prove it was returned by putting up their own Walmart rep from another store?

This is so true - I mean, even Jodi was seen secretly "laughing" at the sarcasm!

JVM said jurors coudn't take their eyes off Martinez. I wish we had more information as to how the jurors are acting.

The tweeter WildAboutTrial mentioned that JVM "booked out of there right when Martinez got to the good parts!"

I am sick of HLN and the talking heads talking about this being the most important case of Juan's life and he must have been up all night worrying about his closing argument. That is total BS. This prosecutor takes all his cases seriously whether on TV or not. He speaks for the dead who no longer have a voice. He wasn't worried. He is just doing his job like he always does. HLN sure thinks a lot of themselves if they think, because they are there, Juan would be so nervous.

He works with no notes. To me that is amazing!!! It isn't very often at all you see that.

I am very glad he works in my state.

To get on TV? I just saw her on HLN. Do you think her and Beth take turns? She is still there.

I love Juan's tie today. I also like the way he will keep his hands in his pockets. He really is a cutie pie.
