10:58 p.m. ET: Willmott is asking Hayes why DeMarte gave Arias a reading comprehensive test to Arias. Hayes said the test takes five minutes to adminster, and if DeMarte had not given the test to Arias she would have been criticized about it.

10:55 p.m. ET: Martinez has finished his direct examination of Hayes. Willmott is now asking Hayes questions.

10:49 p.m. ET: Hayes said that the results of pyschological tests Arias took is not enough to form a diagnosis. She said a psychologist would need to evaluate the client and consider other evidence. The attorneys are at a sidebar with the judge.
