10:13 p.m. ET: The attorneys are reviewing another question from the jury at a sidebar.

10:11 p.m. ET: Juror question: Do you think most people are deceased after an injury to the right frontal lobe?

Dr. Horn said he would hope so.

10:10 p.m. ET: Willmott is asking Dr. Horn if he is aware of research that says people can be injured in the right frontal lobe with projectiles that aren't incapacitated. Dr. Horn said he is not aware of that research, but based on personal experience that is not true.

Who could blame her!!

10:16 p.m. ET: Juror question: Why did you write in autopsy report that the membrane that protects the outside of the brain was intact but the brain was damaged?

Dr. Horn said that was a typo, and it's just part of their standard from.

One more woman Juror question.... what are are you doing later tonight?
