Thank you for the link. It is indeed terrible what she did to him. It does meet an aggravating factor. I do believe the jury has to be unanimous on death. This is Arizona so I believe people here are for the death penalty. This is a red conservative state.

I would rather have her get life without parole because it is cheaper for the taxpayers. I don't want to pay for her appeals.

If I were on the jury and they all wanted death, I would go with it too.

I watched a Part I and Part II of the Wendy Andriano case on Youtube - it was good to see Juan in action (he was also interviewed). She, in addition to an extramarital affair, was anxious for the insurance money.

The ironic part? Turns out that when doing the autopsy, the ME determined that the husband she killed would have died in 2 months due to the cancer!! She must be tortured by that thought as she sits alone in her cell, 23 hours per day! Good.

A local Valley police department confirms to ABC15 that a man arrested over the weekend on a DUI charge was also claiming to be a juror in the Jodi Arias trial.
The arrest happened on Saturday and it was at that time the suspect told the officer he was a member of the jury.
On Tuesday, the arresting officer was called into a "sealed proceeding" with the judge, the prosecutor and the defense attorneys, the police spokesperson said.
What was discussed in the secret meeting is confidential.
Two days later, juror #8 was dismissed and the judge gave no reason.
Since the topics discussed during the officer's testimony are sealed, police said there is no way they can confirm that the man arrested for DUI is indeed juror #8.
On Thursday night, ABC15 attempted to reach the man who was arrested, but was unsuccessful.
