Jodi gave Travis his Coup de Grace ...

AND TODAY SHE GOT HERS!!

And It's A Good Day :DN4

BTW never blows her nose... just wipes it, to make it RED! Not crying I don't believe.
Mimics all. Wipes, eyes, "wipes nose", deep sighs, but all actions to make it APPEAR she is crying. :DN4

Disgusting EVIL pig.

Medical Examiner is very cute and very professional. What wound does the state want to be first? If it is the head shot, Travis wouldn't have suffered as much. IMO

I am getting confused.

Live blog: Will Martinez end rebuttal with a bang?
By Graham Winch
updated 1:38 PM EDT, Thu April 25, 2013

Proseuctor Juan Martinez rested his rebuttal case in the Jodi Arias trial with an emotional finale Thursday.

Martinez called Dr. Horn back to the stand to refute Arias' testimony about how she shot Alexander in the head first in self-defense, but doesn’t remember stabbing him multiple times and slitting his throat. However, she did acknowledge, while sobbing uncontrollably, that logically she must have been the person that attacked Alexander with the knife.

Dr. Horn said Alexander was stabbed first, because if Alexander was shot first he would have been incapacitated within seconds and would not have been able fight back or walked after that injury to his brain.

Martinez askied, "When you say very rapidly incapacitating, what does that mean to those of us who not in the medical profession? Would he have gone down? Would he have stood there? Would he have crawled? What would have happened?"

"Uh, he may have been able to take a step or two, probably would have collapsed or lost consciousness within seconds," said Dr. Horn.

During Dr. Horn's testimony, Martinez displayed photos to the jury of Alexander hands with defensive wounds indicating he was conscious enough to fight back.

Arias along with members of Alexander family wept as photos of Alexander's injuries were shown to the jury.

MBTB I think the state wants the stabs first. IF he was shot first, and unconscious he wouldn't have suffered.
during all the stab wounds and the slashing of his throat!

THIS I think has to do with the penalty.

DID they SUFFER...? If so - the D.P. or Life w/o parole?

I think that is right ... someone will correct, if wrong. :give

Yes isn't he cute, professional, so clean cut looking - like Travis. He looks very sad ... testifying about this needless butchering by a maniac! He could have been buddies with Travis. Travis would have been about 35 now? He can "relate" to him. Such a sad, intelligent face.

Any guy can get involved with a slasher or axe murderer as Travis alluded to. Who can tell in the beginning...

She shot him last. It is really obvious. Travis felt all the pain she was inflicting on him with the stab wounds and even cutting his throat.

If the witch shot first as she says, what was the reason for stabbing him and cutting his throat? He would have been incapacitated and would have died shortly thereafter. He would no longer have been a threat.

I think you're right Joni.

It's not a matter of "WANT"......

The facts of the autopsy are.....

The (would have been fatal) gunshot could not have been the first wound.. there would not have been time to do all or any of the rest.

All, or most of the stabbing wounds and the throat slash were done while Travis was alive still and the throat slash was a fatal within seconds wound. So Travis was stabbed and chased and stabbed some more... and then his throat slashed..... nothing else is possible given the wounds.
The gun shot was after all that.

It makes Jodis current story just another lie... and ALL the defence evidence we have heard a waste of time. There is no point at all hearing about what MIGHT have caused her to be in fear (cause she was a battered woman) because NONE of what she said happened at all...

She might just as well have said travis was attacked by a shark... we could have heard a lot of evidence from Shark eperts.. but since the attack story is silly and could not have happened... what would be the point???

Fog Indeed!!! :wall

I just saw a Dr. on HLN showing Mike the wounds.
He showed/told of a SLICE ... deep slice under Travis' right breast I think. A SLICE?? OMG.
Beside stabs, slices too! Surely he was butchered!! Unmercifully! We keep learning more.

He said the back wounds - 9 were done very quickly - in a frenzy. One too in the right muscle alongside of his neck. There were maybe 3 above the back wounds too, in his neck. More on his head in the back there I think too. I do wonder if she had 2 identical knives... how like her... loaded for bear! I wish we could see that piece again.

Many stabs on his front torso too. Mike put a piece of red tape on each wound. Red - all over the place.

I think HLN will continue to do some good reviewing today.

That idiot Brian Silver on HLN is claiming the ME changed his testimony for the state. He is a real asshole. The ME had talked to the detective in the beginning and hadn't finished the autopsy yet. Now he knows what happened and clarified his testimony today. He did NOT CHANGE his testimony.

Just heard a bomb sniffing dog sweep the courtroom today. Everyone was shocked. The sheriff's office said it was routine and a dog sniffs the court house everyday.
He was just running a little late today.

I COULD SPIT NAILS MBTB - yes!! Fighting for the slasher???? WHY??? Trying to make a noise like a defense lawyer? Yes correct - he commented "midway thru". GRRRRRR!

http://www.hlntv.com/slideshow/2013/04/ ... -dead-body

I believe Jodi is upset because of the things Juan pointed out, not photos. It's ONLY ABOUT ME ME ME ME ME. The chickens have come home to roost. Let HER worry and be afraid just like she did to Travis. HA! Hers is nothing compared to what pain, fear and horror she inflicted on him, and eventually TAKING his MOST PRECIOUS THING HE OWNED ... HIS LIFE. How frightened he must have been and in SUCH agony... He had to KNOW WHACKO was going to KILL him. What mental anguish...

Here is the number in case you want to call HLN to say anything. 1 877 TELL HLN

Bomb sniffing dog with handler was in the court room. Went back to where the jury was ... then to the back of the courtroom. They found out just routine ... sweeps the court house every day.

OOOOPS we both saw it... MBTB. Sorry. Our dear dogs, unsung hero's, who help us in so many ways.
Fires, crimes, War, Therapy Dogs, etc. etc.

Have to do some things now. Going to try to ask HLN to have a re-run of that Dr. who told in detail about
each stab/slicing wound.

Jodi Arias Juror Dismissed After Four Months of Listening to Case
By RYAN OWENS and SHANA DRUCKERMAN
PHOENIX, Ariz. April 25, 2013

A juror who has spent four months listening to tedious testimony in the Jodi Arias murder trial was dismissed today, just a week before the case goes to closing arguments.

The man known as Juror 8, who has taken copious notes throughout the trial and submitted several questions to witnesses on the stand, was dismissed today without comment by Judge Sherry Stephens.

He is the third juror to be dismissed from proceedings since the trial began in the Phoenix courtroom in January. Fifteen jurors will listen to the rest of the trial, and 12 will enter into deliberations.

The news came on the same day that the state rested its case against Arias after calling nine rebuttal witnesses.

The defense will call one additional witness next week, and closing arguments are expected on Thursday and Friday. The case will then go to the jury.

Arias, 32, faces the possibility of the death penalty if convicted of first-degree murder in the 2008 death of ex-boyfriend Travis Alexander. She initially denied killing Alexander, 30, but claimed two years later that she killed him in self-defense.

Prosecutor Juan Martinez called two additional witnesses to the stand as part of his rebuttal case Wednesday. The first was Det. Robert Brown with the Mesa Police Department, who conducted a search of Arias cellphone following Alexander's murder.
(........)
The judge also ruled Wednesday that the jury will hear from one final witness next week before closing arguments. In a victory for the defense, Arias' team will essentially be allowed to reopen their case and call another expert witness to take the stand to rebut testimony by prosecution witness Dr. Janeen DeMarte.

Dr. Robert Geffner will attempt to rebut DeMarte's testimony. DeMarte told the jury that Arias suffered from borderline personality disorder and rejected defense claims that Arias showed signs of being a victim of domestic abuse and suffered from post traumatic stress disorder.
